My Tour Experience at Alexi Senior Living
So beautiful and nice! Staff seemed caring and friendly when we visit
it. Can't remember if it had memory care facility. Think so but too expensive for us. My sister is very poor.

I had a good tour experience with Alexi Senior Living, the guy who showed me around did a nice job.
I did not like that there were different floors. The assisted living residents who needed less care were on the first floor, but then memory care residents were on the second floor. To me that did not make sense. I just did not like the division of the residents.

Felt at home from the start
They have been great and we have been really happy with the experience so far. Staff are super attentive and always willing to help out. They know everyone by name and greet residents in the hallways when they walk by. My loved ones felt at home right away, it was a very smooth transition from their home. We would definitely recommend Alexi Senior Living to others.

Nice, Modern Place But Still Working on Building Up Everything
I would tell others that this has been a pretty good experience for us. This is a newer place and still need more residents to get all the amenities going. My loved one seems to be happy with most of the staff.
The food started out great and has gone down hill a bit. They do have some activities going on for the residents.

Our family had an in person tour and it is a brand new facility and everything looked so nice, it was absolutely wonderful. However due to our loved ones health they were not able to accommodate her and they were very upfront with us about it which we really appreciated.

A Loving, Kind, Caring, Compassionate Community. They gave me peace of mind.
It was an excellent place. They were very professional and very detailed. I just needed to take a vacation, so we brought my mother here for a respite stay. The place is beautiful and met my expectations. It matched the standard of our lovely home, which made her feel at home. And she felt like she was at a resort on vacation. When you walk in, they welcome the newcomers. They throw confetti, lay out the red carpet, and put on their favorite song. She felt so special and started dancing right when she walked in. She ate well. I was able to talk to her, and they made sure she was accessible to me while I was gone. They took good care of my mom. We've used them twice so far, and I wouldn't take my mother anywhere else. If we ever needed long-term care, they would be my choice. The head nurse came to my home to assess my mother, and she made me feel so good about our decision. It was a wonderful experience, and I've been telling others they should come check it out. The owner herself had a mother with dementia, so she created the type of environment she had been looking for for her own mother. I like that she comes from the perspective of having been there and lived it herself. The socialization has been good for my mom. She was able to spend time with other seniors, and she looks forward to that now. They did lots of activities with her. And they just allowed her to feel comfortable in the state that she's in, and they made her feel good about herself.

Just What We Were Looking For, for a Safe Environment
I would tell others that it is a very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. We were able to meet the chef and the meals are amazing. It is a very clean environment and feels like a fancy hotel.
Singing, dancing, painting, arts and crafts, and more are some of the activities offered to the residents.
