Great Physical Therapy
The physical therapy team were so kind and gentle with me. Nursing staff were fast and efficient. They took time to talk to me often about my care and what's happening. I wish they could accept VA benefit.

Horrible
My mother was a resident in the SNF for 4 months to receive therapy. The therapy staff was pretty good and treated her and I with care and respect. The rest of the staff (from social services to nursing) was HORRIBLE !!! As a family member, They didn’t answer my calls or return my messages. They left my mother to lie in her bed all weekend, every weekend (no therapy) and they repeatedly put the ‘call button’ out of her reach. The RN’s and CNA’s yelled at her or I if we ever called too often or questioned how/why they were or weren’t do things they were supposed to be doing. And on top of this, when my mom passed, while in their care, they didn’t bother to return all of her personal belongings to her family.

if you have a loved one here or plan to Please stay away the care is substander Drs. work with them over the Phone not by site or exam My husband was in great pain no one seem to notice and that is not the first time they never noticed his weezing which turned out to be fluid in his lungs never noticed until I spoke out never noticed how sollen is leg had gotten i flied a complaint with ombudmans we wer ready for a second meeting with the director except he ended up in the emercency room with an abcess in his leg right under his buttock that had to be drained I believe this was from a fall he had in therapy which I have a lot tos ay about, instead my suggestion if you don't want your husband in the hospital or leaving in a body bag don't put them in here

Okay
My husband stayed in the Assisted Living side for a while. The nurses and CNAs where nice. The room was clean and had good space. The carpets in the hallway looked old but smelled nice. Good daily activities, and the food was fine. The gentleman that toured us was very detailed and well spoken. Well worth the price.

Activities Are Fun
My loved one stayed there for only a month, but he seemed to enjoy it a lot. The food was pretty good, but the activities were what made his stay so nice. The CNA and Nurse Staff the work in the ALU are nice and they seem to really care about the people they care for.
He liked being able to watch movies with a Movie Club, and spend some time outside on the shaded patio to enjoy the fresh air.
It doesn't smell like a nursing home, which is good, but the carpets need to be replaced.
Overall, the experience was what I had expected. The rent was affordable, the activities helped pass the time, and the place was clean.

The carpets have seen many years of traffic, and we manage to shampoo them very frequently to maintain a clean and safe home for our patients. Thank you for your candor.

Horrrible
My fiance is there and when it was time for him to be discharged, I had to repeatedly call to see about his discharge date and got the run in around. My fiance required more care for his discharge and I needed to speak to a social worker for his follow up care and home care needs. They kept trying to connect me the social worker that no longer worked there and some of the staff didn't know that she quit the facility. I called so much the receptionist said "ma'am just come in and try to find someone to talk to". I went in person just to find out the person l need to talk to was "ALWAYS IN A MEETING." I spoke to the nurses who FINALLY gave me a discharge date and I left my number for the person in charge and YES she was in a meeting and had another meeting after this meeting. I never got a call here it is the day before his discharge date and I have not heard from anyone.
Oh yeah I forgot, I my fiance caught COVID-19 and I was not informed until a week after.

So far so good
The facility has more of an institutional feel to it rather than a homey one. My dad has been here for a couple of months and there have been some ups and downs. They are short staffed but I know that is due to covid. Overall I think the experience has been pretty good so far.

The facility is short-handed and there are lots of turnovers. The staff was lazy, sloppy, and had attitudes. The managers were very good but when they weren't around there were issues. I was not happy with their covid plan and was uncomfortable. They were quick and able to get me in quickly.

This community gets my recommendation!!!
Mom likes to play bingo and they also offer different activities such as happy hour. The entire staff are really really nice and attentive to mom and to us by answering our questions and concerns. The food is pretty good. They keep this community clean.

Things are going great since moving my mother-in-law in to this community. It has taken some time for her to adjust but she is getting there. She is happy there. The staff is wonderful and very caring, they work with the residents very well.

So far, it's a wonderful place.
So far, it's a wonderful place. Everything is provided for her, and she is getting the assistance she needed. We feel she is safe and that we don't have to worry about her, and that she will get her meals and medication, and transportation to appointments. Everything is kept up pretty well, when I walk in I don't smell anything and it's clean. They do bingo and things, and occasional trips. Everyone was so friendly, and they appeared to be interacting with the residents, and all of the staff members appeared to be very conscientious of their job. I liked that she wouldn't have to look for a new place if we run out of money.
