We understood from the beginning that there is a big difference in the level of care that is provided in our industry from one company to another. We have maintained that our back office staff will provide excellent attention to each and every client. However, the heart of our service will always be in the compassion of the caregivers we provide, and we are committed to hiring these special people each and every time!
Our training ensures that caregiver compassion is matched by the skills to facilitate our care plans. This ensures that when a caregiver is matched to a client, those needs outlined in the personal plan of care are met - and exceeded! We set high standards for service quality, dependability, dedication and professionalism, understanding that they determine our reputation, success, and ultimately the satisfaction of our clients. Member of CAHSAH (California Association for Health Services at Home), background checks performed as recommended including State and National criminal, DMV, TB testing, and references checked. ALL Caregivers have demonstrated minimum of two years in home experience. Successful working with clients of similiar needs such as Dementia care.
We are a fully insured agency covering all payroll and workers compensation requirements.
