Alzheimer’s brings changes for caregivers as well as person living with the disease Caregivers go through a physical and emotional toll as Alzheimer’s disease progresses. The purpose of this group is to provide education and support. The first half of the time will be used for education about the disease and its progression and the second half will be used for much need sharing and support.
