McIntosh Manor

McIntosh Manor is a licensed RCFE Assisted Living Facility for up to twelve elderly residents. Our friendly and caring staff brings more than 20 years of senior care experience and is available to assist our residents 24 hours a day. In addition our facility Administrator, Cindi Jacobs, has served in multiple senior outreach programs during the last 13 years. One of which is an outreach visitation program established by her mother for the past 21 years. This is a program she served her practicum, real life field experiences, for graduation from Horizon School in San Diego, CA.

McIntoshManor’s Elegant Assisted Living is nestled down an old country road in the magnificent Guajome Fruit Colony of Vista, CA. With beautiful views and scenery we are also conveniently located close to major shopping sites, the beautiful pacific coast, city of Carlsbad and Oceanside CA.
