ANN'S HOME is located in fairfax county VA in quite residential setting five minutes from major medical facility, shopping center surrounded with loving and caring neighbors. We have a maximum capacity of 6 residents but chose to have 3-4 at a time. Ann's Home is a family managed community by an individual that previously worked for a major National Assisted Living organization for a number of years. In her experiences, she was inspired by the desire to create the best possible place for her  residents. The idea was to have an excellent ratio of staff to residents. Because of the small size, we believe the staff ought to have the opportunity to truly attend to their needs.

 

We believe that our residents are our endless source of strength and at the same time we realize that there comes time when tables can turn. The focus is to work towards providing unmatched care acknowledging that each resident has rights in addition to having rights to live in an environment that promotes dignity, independence, self determination, individuality. privacy and rights to chose.

 

OOur dedicated caregivers are also available to visit your home and provide same quality care services minimum 4 hours if you so choose.

 

We can help:

People recovering from illness or surgery.
families needing non-medical assistance during periods of recovery.
Provide personal services when family members are not available to perform some or all tasks to loved one due to unforeseen circumstances, carrier needs, separation by distance or other responsibilities.
Maintain complete client confidentiality.
Experienced and trained staff
Caregivers are screened and background check.
