Heartstrings Support Group

Dementia is a journey that brings challenges and joys. The Heartstrings Support Group provides an opportunity to meet together to exchange practical information regarding care giving, challenges, coping tools and learning about community resources. When: Fourth Thursday of Every Month at 6 p.m. May 26, June 23, July 28, August 25, September 22, October 27, November 17 and December 22.
