They truly go above and beyond. The staff is a 5+. I know them all by name and just couldn't ask for more. The cost here is more than what I was paying before, but it's worth it. This facility gives me peace of mind. They have 2 great outdoor areas for the residents to enjoy, one has a big porch/patio and the other has a large fenced courtyard for the residents to take walks and enjoy the outdoors. Housekeeping is very good. The food is great. They have a good variety of activities, outings, and exercise classes. They decorate for and celebrate Holidays and Birthdays. My loved one had a birthday recently. About a week before his birthday, the staff called and asked if the family planned to come to the facility to celebrate. I told them yes and let them know when we would be there. When we arrived, we discovered that they had a room set up with a table, flowers, and balloons for us to gather and celebrate with our loved one. Just above and beyond.
