Everything has been really good at Palomar! The therapy services are great! Everything about the nurses is excellent! Communication is excellent!

My loved one was happy there and the care was very good. The people were excellent! Their communication was fine.

I heard good comments from the patients and they talk nice about their experience. Everybody is friendly and most people are very concerned about their patients. They attend to the patient's needs. They provide good quality care and they are happy. The meals are good and they give balanced food for their diet for each person. If I need help I want to go there myself. If I have questions, they have the answers.

It is going very good at Palomar Vista and they have done well with my brother. Their rehab therapy is going good. He is walking and does the bicycle. The meals are good.

Our stay so far has been excellent. A couple of the staff are really good. Everyone seems super caring and loving. I've been very impressed. It's nice and small and he's getting more hands-on care from everyone. Their nursing care seems good. As far as I can see, the cleanliness fine. I know it's a very old building but they've kept it up. I'm called and informed about his care as needed and on a daily basis. Their communication has been very, very good. Very proactive and precautionary for his needs and care.

We had been to another place in eugene and were very anxious but this place was heads above. All our cares and concerns were quickly dealt with. Response time was great. Small concern was food but maybe just picky eater.

My Mother and I met with [name removed] last night to tour the facility and gather information. I will have to say that I've been in some denial about my Moms need to more from an Independent Senior Community to Assisted Care but after listening to [name removed] and my Mother talk about the assistance she would receive, I no longer have a doubt that it is time. I appreciate how down to earth [name removed] was to talk to. It emotional to say the least, for me to walk through all of this with my Mom and [name removed] made us feel like family. I am looking forward to hearing from her with more information that I can share with my Brother. I hope Brookdale knows what a treasure they have in [name removed]. Since my Mom is living across the street at a community that was owned bu Brookdale when my Mom moved there it just feels like the right way to go.

Therapy is great. The staff is friendly. It is clean.

He is doing really well. It seems like a wonderful place. I speak to him every day and he says he is very pleased. He has really enjoyed the meals and the staff so far. Everybody was nice. He is just so pleased!

They were pretty good at taking care of everything. They took really good care of her. The nurses were really nice. They took real good care of her. They answered all of her questions. They were all nice. If I asked any questions, they would answer them. We attended the meeting and they would keep me updated.

The therapists are great. The therapy has been very good but is not progressing. The nurses are good and they are very busy. The admittance nurse is particularly courteous and good. The staff are quick to help with a wash cloth and keep his sheets changed. Everyone is friendly. They are all happy and get along with people serving the food and pleasant. It is clean. They were mopping and cleaning this morning. The food is adequate but by the time it gets to the room it is cold. They are doing the best they can and give good options. He had a really good sandwich and fries and it was cold. They all communicate well. Carrie, the case manager, is very good at her job. Receptionist is very knowledgeable and very good.

The nursing care is the reason we picked the place. We have been there before and liked it. The communication is good. If you have questions, they answer but you never get to see the doctor. They do call and let you know how they are doing.

The nursing staff was attentive and understanding. They were open to what his needs were. The physical therapy was very good. The staff was very nice. Overall, it was very clean. He didn't care for the food very much. It's that kind of situation where nothing was going to taste good.

It was very good! The nurses were good but a couple of times she had problems getting medical help.

They do a good job! I was actually at the facility myself and now my loved one is here. The bit of nursing she has had has been very good. They are always cleaning something and that's good to see! I did not find the meals to be appetizing when I was a patient but they have improved. I know her doctors does a good job communicating and she really appreciates that.

It is a great place and it is easy to get to. The therapy is excellent and they have done a lot for him already. The therapy person is very friendly and very positive. The nurses are all great. The nursing assistant was always checking on my husband. The staff is very friendly. It is very clean. The food is very good quality and he cleaned his plate every day. The communication was generally good, despite a miscommunication about a medical issue.

The communication is great. We just had a care conference and another one today. The director is friendly and explains things clearly. She is welcoming and open. He is getting therapy at least three times a day and it is good for him. He likes his therapists. The nurses are great and respond if he needs something and are friendly and great. I have met some of the staff and they are sweet. They are very accommodating and flexible. It is clean. I have seen them clean once and they do a lot stuff. They helped him with laundry for his shirts. They do whatever they need. He eats in his room and the food is good.
