Very happy with the facility and their services! There are a lot of activities if you want to connect with others socially. The dining facility is great and very welcoming to guests. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I'm happy with the decision I made my accommodations are perfect. I've made friends. Everything is great. It's a very good facility.

I came here a week ago and fell in love with the apartments big nice and roomy. The people that live here are so friendly. They will invite you to eat a their table. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you with anything.

I have lived here since 9/2012. I was living in Maine (home state) but had business associates here in SA. Best decision I ever made. I live in a villa - it is truly my home - the residents, my community - staff are family, activities meet expectations, but I don't participate in many of them. I love it here!

As a resident of Independent Living, I enjoy all that this community has to offer. There's a lot of activities offered every week. The residents here are very welcoming & inclusive.

I picked this community because, it is very peaceful and safe feeling. I would recommend to others.

We had my mom here for 3 weeks. She had some frustrations and I know none of these places staff enough people. This is sad to know, but the rehab team was awesome and really helped her get stronger. I watched them work with her and they really do a good job. They could do with a few more staff members and then be above the rest of the facilities if they could have more than 2 CNAs to answer 40 call lights, that should never be acceptable, but I'm sure this won't change.

It was a very good experience so far. We are still adjusting to the whole situation but I feel it will get easier over time. The neighborhood is very nice so easy to shop or eat while we visit. I would recommend this community to others.

I can only give my experience my family is happy if I am happy. What I really like about Patriot Heights is how friendly the residents are. The facilities appearance and openness. I would recommend this community to other families looking into the community for their loved ones.

This is a great community. I am really pleased with the fact that my loved one has a full kitchen and washer and dryer in their apartment. The cost is economical for us and less than a prior community my loved one was at. The staff communication is good when we are able to find a staff member. There are two meals available a day. The resident is able to order breakfast all day, and the resident has the option of lunch or dinner for the other meal. There is housekeeping provided every two weeks.

My sister really likes it here and is doing well. The residents are all so friendly and make conversation. It feels like one big family. The grounds are beautiful. It is in the medical center but it is set apart and there is a lot of wildlife. They also have cottages all the way around if you want even more independence - it is a really nice place and just feels like its own little community.

The staff is extremely caring and always made the time to care for the patient needs. The facility is a little older but the care that was provided, well made up for it. The therapy department is wonderful and helps patients get back on their feet so they can go back home. They have an activities department that runs games, social times, and various other activities to help pass the time and get patient's out of the room. Beautiful dining room and courtyard. Doctors come to the facility daily. 10/10 would recommend. Nice 5 star facility.

It was far better than the others that we looked at. My sister is mentally very sharp. A lot of places we looked at the residents were immobile and not really able to care for themselves. Patriot Heights had a lot of active residents who were up and doing things and that met my sisters needs. They have plenty of good activities and take them out places. They have a large number of villas with garages and a lot of people still are able to drive, which makes it feel like a more vibrant community. They have been very flexible with the food, you get 2 meals a day but you are able to pick whichever 2 meals you want and there is a full kitchen. There are 2 choices to pick from and then they have a menu with certain items they always have. It is open all day so the meal times are not scheduled. The location is really nice, there is a dead end and it backs up to about 22 acres so is not in a busy area. She is very happy here and I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

The tour at Brookdale Willowbrook Place was great. They were very nice, and it seemed like a great place because you didn't have to move if your care needs increased later on. But the rooms were a little bit more expensive and also very small. And my family member wasn’t interested in giving up some of her furniture/belongings at that time.

I would recommend it. I would recommend my Mom to stay. They have been doing a great job with my family member. It would a good place for your loved one to reside.

The quality of care at the community is okay. It is difficult to speak with the person that is responsible for my loved ones care. My loved one does not participate in the activities. This community is clean and nice for the residents.

We really like this facility and would have chosen it if we hadn't found one comparable and closer to our home. The staff was very nice and [name removed] was awesome. Would not hesitate to go there if it were closer.

I live here as a patient. Just would like to say what a great job [name removed] does at this facility. She is a very dedicated person and cares for everyone. She is a very hard working person and takes pride in her work.I belive she deserves a 5 star. The facility is great very clean and a great place to be at. I would recommend to friends and family

The employees at Shawnee PARC have loving hearts and care for every resident as a member of their own family.
