I am so grateful for Director [name removed] leading by example in how the team provides the most humane, loving and Christian care of the patients. As with all of these facilities, some of the staff is much better than others, but management addressed issues quickly. I recommend visiting as often as possible, staff seems to be more attentive when they know family is visiting often.
