It's been nice and my stepdad has acclimated well. The residents seems to be quite happy and I think that says a lot about the community. The food is good but the service is a bit slow. Response from The Enclave at Cedar Park Senior Living
August 8, 2023Hi Amy, Thank you for taking the time out of your day to review The Enclave at Cedar Park Senior Living. We are thrilled to hear about your positive experience with our staff. We hope you have a great day!
I toured with The Enclave at Cedar Park and this was when COVID at the time was a bigger problem. Enclave didn't even know if they tested their staff. They would have gotten a 4 for the tour, but the lack of covid policy is what drew us away at the time.
I would give the Enclave a 5 out of 5 rating in every category. My mother was at another independent living facility before moving to Enclave. This is a huge improvement! There are plenty of activities, the food is good, the dining room is very clean, the staff is extremely friendly as are the residents. They've been very inclusive. The atmosphere is bright and airy. Housekeeping has been very good, and someone is always working on maintenance projects. I've seen them power washing the outside entrance, touching up plaster and painting in the hallways to name a few. My mother fell recently, and one of the staff stayed on the floor with her and calmed her until the EMTs got there. I give the Enclave an A+.

May 9, 2023Hi Customer, we are happy to hear about your good experience. We appreciate the positive feedback. We hope you have a great day!
They were very friendly and my grandma loved the activities, but they were constantly running out of food, so my grandparents werent getting the food they paid for, and they wouldn't let us not do the meal plan and just buy groceries. My grandpa also developed dementia while there and they allowed him to get into dangerous situations, including when he wandered 5 blocks away in the middle of the night. We ended up moving my grandparents out after 5 months.

I looked at many places and The Enclave at Cedar Park was my second choice. I honestly liked everything about the facility. I took my mother here to see it and there were no residents out and about, everyone was in their rooms. She is very active and wanted a place where there was more interaction.

November 29, 2022Hi Darlene, that’s wonderful to hear. Thanks so much for leaving us a review. We hope you have a great day!
We had a very positive tour experience with The Enclave. I like that they offered 3 levels of care, independent, assisted living, and memory care. The facility was very small with only about 24 residents in memory care. With it being so small, they are able to tailor the care to your loved ones needs. The facility was very clean and nice.

November 29, 2022Hi Customer, Thanks so much for leaving us a review. we appreciate the positive feedback and kind words. Hope you have an amazing day!
I think The Enclave at Cedar Park is overpriced. I didn't like that every month you had to guess how much you would be charged. Any time a change in care was made, we were charged additional. It was a good place overall. But I found a better fit for my loved ones elsewhere.
I did a virtual tour. It was nice but didn't have meals included in the price.
Response from The Enclave at Cedar Park Senior Living
September 30, 2022Dear LC, we appreciate you sharing your thoughts with us. You are correct that we do not include meals within the rent for our independent living residents. This is so we can offer meal plan options that best suit the needs and wants of our residents. Our pricing is adjusted accordingly so it is important to evaluate cost "all-in" after a meal plan is selected. When this is done, you will find that our rates are competitive. We feel strongly that our residents should have flexible dining options that meet their lifestyle needs. We hope you will reconsider The Enclave at Cedar Park in your future plans.
I toured The Enclave at Cedar Park, it was too far away and I just didn't care for it.
Overall, this facility is very nice. Most of the staff was great. Some go the extra mile, some don't, but that's with anywhere. Mom didn't eat the meals, so I'm not sure how the food was. I always brought food and helped her eat. She ended up needing more care and we considered moving her to the memory care unit. But we ended up calling in hospice care and a nursing aide for more care. One of the reasons we chose this facility was that it was so close to home and they allowed pets, which was important to mom. They do have a stackable washer/dryer in the apartments, which was very convenient. The assisted living manager (name removed) absolutely went above and beyond always. Even when she was on vacation, she text me to check in and was just absolutely exceptional. I couldn't have asked for more. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

They are very friendly; they do make an effort to know the residents and understand their needs. They ask for feedback and if you tell them you'd like to see something different, they'll do their best to try and make it happen. So, all around it's been impressive in that manner. I've also talked with other residents who do use the assisted side and they are very pleased with the care that they receive.

The tour at this community was really good and the community did a good job showing us around and giving us the information that I needed.
I want to give a shout out to the care givers at the Enclave. If you are looking for a place that gives phenomenal care and has some of the best activities around, hands down this is the best in the Austin area. I want to give a special thanks to the caregivers who looked after my Dad and a big thanks to [name removed], the RCC, who was available at the drop of a hat to help and support my Dad, Mom and our family. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience

May 6, 2022Hi Nancy, we’re thrilled to get this kind of feedback. Thank you for taking the time to review us. Our Care team appreciates the kind feedback!
The Enclave is a great property and we found everything to be very beautiful. We were price driven though and the cost was just too much and would not work with our budget.
Our family had an in person tour and it was a nice community but just not overly impressed with what we saw.

April 28, 2022Hi Karen, thanks for reviewing us. Your feedback is appreciated and we take it to heart. We are always looking for ways to increase customer satisfaction. Would you be able to provide us with feedback on what you did not like?
Overall it's been a very good experience. I think they have really worked to try to get my loved one into the different services that they have, and I think she's well cared for. The facility is tidy, and they have a lot of activities. I've definitely recommended them to others.

This is a fairly new community and they have a problem with management getting things taken care of. Garbage pilled up, housekeeping not done and repairs falling behind. There was just a lack of response form corporate to the individuals.

This is one of the most pleasurable living communities my daughter([name removed]) could have picked out. The personnel here are a top-rated group. From the housekeeping crew, PT & OT group, dining hall group to the wonderful ladies at the concierge desk especially [name removed] who always is very positive and cordial. To [name removed], who gave me a tour of the facilities after my daughter picked it out. I look forward to my stay meeting new and interesting people from around the country.
