[name removed] and [name removed]are excellent and I am happy to be here!\"\n\nFor #3, overall, the staff is wonderful - very professional and approachable and caring. But every now and then, there will be a staff member that maybe is not as helpful or friendly, so that's why the 4.5 score. And there have been a couple of bumps in the road with the quality of care (isolated occurrences), but again, overall, the care is wonderful. No place is perfect, they occasionally seem short-staffed, but [name removed], the Assisted Living Administrator, is so good. He is very hands - on, patient, responsive and very easy to talk to. He usually gets back to me quickly with any questions or concerns I have. Same with [name removed], who is the Wellness Coordinator/RN for the assisted living - she really takes the time to hear any concerns we have, and gets back to us as soon as she can with answers to our questions. Both [name removed] and [name removed] show a genuine care and concern for the residents and their family.\n\nEven though my mother doesn't participate in a lot of the activities, they do offer a good variety of things to do. And value for cost is really very good, especially in comparison to some of the other facilities in the area that we visited last year. They don't charge a separate fee for things like giving medication or for doing laundry.
