I give high praise to North Point Village for making this change work for our loved one and for our family.

April 27, 2022Karen, thank you for your positive and constructive feedback about our community. We appreciate your trust in us in caring for your loved one. He is a treasured part of our community!
[name removed] is a rock star! He was very responsive to calls and questions and has been there every step of the way to help move my brother in. I visited 10 different facilities in Spokane and after each visit I was always drawn back to North Point due to location and the staff. From the minute I walked in the Receptionist to [names removed], everyone was so kind and helpful. Had a chance to talk to some of the residents there and everyone spoke highly of the place. Food looks amazing as well.

March 9, 2022Bob, thank you for your fantastic review about our staff and community! It is a pleasure to serve your brother at North Point Village.
[name removed] came through for us when we were in a bind and we are so grateful! [name removed]worked with our team at [name removed] and got my loved one into a studio within a short time frame with borrowed furnishings until we could move his own furniture in. [name removed]and his staff have really bent over backwards to spend time with us and especially my loved one to help him feel welcome, easing the transition. They have continued to be caring, attentive and friendly and we're happy to say that he has a new home and is being cared for. The only reason I would not give 5 starts is because I almost NEVER do! There have been a few times it's taken staff a long time to assist my loved one when he used the call button but I think we have that figured out, and I wish there were a few more levels of care , or more graduated levels of care, available that could reduce some of the costs. So far it's been a great experience!

Five stars truly isn't enough. [name removed] and North Point Village are off the charts, in a league of their own. [name removed] took us in and instantly became family to us. He has helped us in so many ways from the emotional side of moving our loved one from their "forever home" into North Point to the physical side of helping line up movers, measuring furniture, helping pick out new furniture. He's been family to us through the process and you can't ask for more than that. I highly recommend [name removed] and North Point Village to anyone looking for the perfect addition to their family as they transition into this stage in life.

We were honored to have the privilege of caring for your Dad. Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you and your family. We are thinking of you!
From the moment we first toured North Point Village, the staff has been extremely friendly, caring and supportive. [name removed], at the front desk, has been so kind and helpful and is always professional. We enjoyed seeing many of the residents love stopping by to talk with her like they were family. [name removed] has especially gone out of his way to help us through the decision making process and has made this transition so much easier for all of us with his positive attitude, joyful heart, regular check-ins and his attentiveness to all our questions along the way. He has also really helped my Dad feel welcomed and part of the family and we can’t thank him enough. The service the entire staff has provided is very professional and caring. I am very happy and pleased to call this my Dad’s new home.

This community was good for what they had to offer it was just not the right fit for my loved one. The right fit within our budget was the most important. The tour was wonderful.

November 22, 2021Tara, thank you for your feedback about our community. Please let us know if there is ever anything else we can do to help you and your family during your senior housing search.
My mom has done a complete 180 since being here at North Point Village, she has changed all for the better. It has been a good experience and I would recommend them to other families who are looking.
The receptionist was very nice and helpful and even when we chose a different community she was very complimentary of that community. They are remodeling and the rooms are very nice and the community is very clean. The community overall was very positive
Our loved one always really enjoyed the meals they provided, and we did think that value was pretty reasonable. We would recommend this community to others.
Don't expect much care for the close to $8000 a month you will spend on your loved one. For that price they still don't brush their teeth regularly or do much to assist your loved one with eating. And the price just keeps going up the more assistance needed. $1100 extra (above and beyond the price above) for one to one feeding. They left my loved one in their clothes all night after wearing them all day and then left them in the same clothes the next day. Our family was so disheartened and stressed out while loved one was there. Our loved ones lost 4+ pounds in first two months and was oftrn dehydrated, so our family had to start taking shifts to feed and hydrate them ourselves. Ought to be shut down by the State. Facility looks great when you tour, but it is all smoke and mirrors. Outrageously expensive for horrible care. Designed for the rich who have no family to check on them to make sure their care is being done properly. So sad, we regret ever placing our loved one there and moved them out as soon as we could.
I toured Brookdale while looking at options for my mother, and while it is a very nice community, I found that it was too big and busy for my mother. I felt that she would prefer a smaller place with more of a homey comfort, and I was afraid she’d get lost in Brookdale.
We toured the Brookdale North Spokane. It seemed like a nice community. When we entered the front lobby it reminded me of a hotel. It wasn't as inviting as what we were looking for.
The facility was fine. It was clean and the people friendly. But it felt more like a nursing home. The food looked less than exciting. We are looking for something more vibrant and alive for my father and his wife.
I have no complaints about the tour I had taken of this community. The staff were all very friendly and made sure to give my loved one and lots of great information on everything they had to offer as well as answer any questions we had for them. The facility was very well maintained and the apartments were kept clean for all of the residents. It was just a large community and we wanted something small for my mother.
We toured this community for the care of my father. This was a nice tour and the staff was nice and pleasant. They offer the variety of health meals on the menu. The activities would have been helpful for my father. We would recommend families tour this community for care for a loved one.
We toured this community for care. I liked the staff who were friendly and able to assist us. This is a bigger community and has several floors. The meals seemed to be appealing. They offer a variety of activities. We would recommend this community to other families.
We picked this community because it was the most convenient for all of my mom's 5 kids. She has been fine as a resident. The community is kept clean with good activities planned out. She is getting good meals and all has been covered for her care. She gets plenty of visits since she is close to us.
