I'm not sure how Trillium treats their residents inside, but I know how they treat their on-site pond and the wildlife that makes their home at the pond.... DEVASTATINGLY poor. Another duck dead on the shore today after it's been eating in the pond's trash corner for a week. I've done my best to clean up Trillium's pond, voiced multiple concerns to Trillium's corporate office and local managers, & Trillium has done nothing to maintain their pond and refuses to hire professionals to clean it. It's not a nice sight to see for the residents and even worse when you get up close. While trying to pickup trash, the scent of death and decay was gut-wrenchiing. Plastic bags, styrofoam, & more were lining the water & under the water. We saw 3 dead baby ducks floating in the trash this day. When I spoke to the on-site manager, her concerns were about looks and she wanted the wildlife gone. This place doesn't care about the community, environment or animals. Please take your elder elsewhere.

Brookdale is committed to the well-being of our residents and community, and we would like to thank you for taking the time to speak with our executive director regarding your concerns.
The tour was good and the community offers a good value for the money. The facility is neat, clean, and well taken care of. The staff is friendly and very nice and they have lots of activities going on for the residence. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.
I do think the community is very clean, and the staff members are very friendly. They are starting to bring back their activities, and I do enjoy the activities they offer but to others they may seem a little boring.
We loved it here. I would go, even if you are on the line of what type of care your loved one may need. The community can handle residents in the more skilled nursing as well, in my opinion. The nursing staff was awesome. The food was good.
I would recommend this community. The lesson I've learned is that if you need to move a loved one; you should have a home to sell. The cost seems to have doubled from the transition of independent living to assisted living.
The facility was great before the pandemic except for the director she was not very nice. the accounting was not great, the first 3 months was wrong and we had to contact them to correct the issues. After covid, the food was not very good it delivered to our rooms and the had a very minimal breakfast. They have lots of things to do including an indoor pool and a whirlpool. I would recommend this facility because the director is leaving.
We chose Brookdale Trillium because we liked the location, we liked what they provided, and word of mouth. They are gradually bringing more things back and opening things up since the pandemic had began. We are able to eat one day a week in the dining room as of right now and they are gradually trying to increase that. There was one case of COVID in early April, but have been none since. No one is able to come in but we have been doing 30 minute visits with loved ones. They are doing great at protecting all of the residents here. I would recommend.
Extremely nice facility with a very knowledgeable individual conducting the tour. This is being considered for my mother. The pricing info you provided was incorrect. Initial fee is one month's rent in lieu of $1500 and the rent begins @ $4545, not $4250 as quoted.
The thing we worried about the most, was whether dad would be happy in an assisted living environment. To our great joy, dad is very happy! In fact, he says he's much happier than he thought he'd be. He loves the food (which is awesome), and he made new friends quickly. He's much more active than he was living alone in his huge house. The staff are fantastic, both medical and the "service" staff. They're very good about keeping me up to date on dad, and take excellent care of his needs. The facility is a VERY professional looking, and is especially easy for family members to visit, dine, and participate as they wish. We couldn't be happier with the choice we made, after visiting several facilities in the local area.
Excellent customer service! The sales executive came in on her day off and was very professional and thorough.
Very professional, and staffed very well. Tons of activities, and superb dining. For the small increase in cost, the value is well worth it.
Outstanding place, lot of activities, friendly people , Swimming pool, appartments are large and cleaned every week, maintained is very good. Food is outstanding steak every night if you want it.staff is excellent.
The Trillium was the first retirement home I went to. It was very nice. I did discover by viewing the floor plan choices that I did not want a small unit and I preferred a balcony. The meal plan only contained breakfast and 20 dinners (more dinners could be purchased. This is the only retirement home to have this plan.
Nice place but always short staffed. The price has tripled for my mom in the last 19 months and now has to move out before she runs out of money. The aids are nice but not trained very well, they even hire people that never finished high school. My mom had a stroke and while she was at a rehab center they still charged her for all the extra services we paid for. I understand she had to pay her base rent but for two months she was gone they charged her for showers dressing and grooming delivery of medications she wasn’t receiving, it was an additional $2000 a month. I don’t recommend this facility.
Staff very friendly, attentive and helpful The facility is clean and nicely decorated--first class !! Activities are very stimulating and well run Both my mother and aunt are residents and are well cared for and happy. Kudos to all !!
There rates are a little too much, and don't have a medicade facility . I don't think he can afford. They did suggest their facility in westerville, I will call them tomorrow
This is an older community but it is very well kept up and would have been one of our choices. The staff did a wonderful job with our tour, they took their time showing us all around and they answered all our questions and they fully understood when we decided to go with a different community. There are a lot of amenities here for their residents, even an indoor pool and spa. I would definitely recommend taking a tour here.
We like living in this community. The staff has been very helpful to our needs. The community is clean and we like the environment. The menu is good and they keep us busy with activities that are offered. We would recommend this community to others
Brookdale Trillium Crossing was absolutely perfect. This community is more focused on independent living, not memory care. We were able to see first hand how they interacted with the needs of the residents. It was great to see that they would drop what they were doing and take care of the resident's requests. The rooms were fabulous, and the way they were situated it was very private. We chose another community that was a better fit for our loved one's needs.
We like the care at this community. The staff are caring and always trying to make sure that things get compltedly. They do offer activiites for her to participate. We would recommend this community. for other families.
