Amazing staff, friendly and helpful; my family member commented that the executive director is \"always there\" and \"seems to fill in anytime there is a gap. Overall the quality of care is good, though they seem a bit short staffed at times. And when we were deciding where to place my family member, I was assured that someone would make sure my family member bathed regularly and washed his hair, and that has not happened. When it comes to the meals and dining service, not enough healthy choices. Some form of exercise is offered in most assisted living communities I am aware of, even if it is a video played and residents follow along. The support staff, such as maintenance, made the move in process very easy. The staff have done a great job with my loved one who has Down Syndrome, something that they were not used to. They have several long standing staff members who are outstanding and take the time to get to know the individual needs of each resident.
