We do not think they communicate well either it is internally or externally. They have nurses and doctors their in house, and we do not think they monitor their patients medically needs that well. Our loved one has more than one incident that resulted in her having to be hospitalized, we feel that if she was monitored more closely that could of been avoided. Our loved one was in memory care, and her room was not really laid out that well, but the community itself was laid out pretty well.

My grandma is here and she loves it. All the paperwork and the assessment felt seamless and reasonable. She loves her caregivers she calls them my girls. The staff is very friendly. They have always honored our special requests. Her room is fantastic and spacious. It feels like an apartment not a hospital room. She is raving about the food and the new chef. She enjoys some of the daily activities and the have communion 1x a week and mass 1x a month. There are a few minor things that can be fixed such as the nursing staff not signing off on the meds and better communication between them. I would recommend this community.

My Mother was there for two months on one morning at breakfast they ran out of food and gave one man a biscuit to eat and told him he would have to wait till lunch to eat.I had to ask 5 times to get her emergence fall switch fixed. She was in memory care locked up but her room door stayed open men and women are in the same unit don't think this is very safe also the woman next door would come in her room and just stared at my mother I was concerned about that.I think there evaluation of my mother was just to get more money. The extersize program is a joke.I was to have a meeting with the administrator on a Monday he new it and was not there the lady at the front desk said he was out of town did not care about my meeting or my time.I think it's all about money there. This is why she is no longer there.
