Canterfield provides three major levels of care, services, and programs for seniors seeking a luxury lifestyle: Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care. We are licensed for 99 residents with 91 apartments located on three floors.
A future phase of our developement will include condo-like villas for true independent living with garages, luxurious kitchens, spacious floor plans and high-end quality interiors.
The main central theme of our community design is building and growing new relationships with fellow residents. Fifty percent of the 75,000 square foot complex is devoted to Community Lifestyles Centers and gathering spaces; including our Williamson Parlor, The Courtyard Cafe, Theatre, Arts & Crafts Center, Fitness Center, Salon, Clubroom, Library, Courtyard Veranda and much more! Our full time staff is devoted to enriching the lives of our residents and will keep the Canterfield calendar full of both meaningful and engaging activities & programs. We offer nine different floor-plans from cozy studio apartments like the Bluegrass Model featured here, to more spacious apartments with private bedroom areas.
Our monthly leases for Independent Living apartments start at just $3400 and include a whole host of provisions including three chef-prepared meals per day; utilities; 24-hour nursing access; weekly laundry; weekly housekeeping; robust programming & activities; transportation; emergency communications; security and much more.
