These include laundry services, basic cognitive support, activities and socialization, and assistance with unanticipated ADLs for a defined recovery period. Before a resident is accepted, they must go through a service plan screening to assure their needs are going to be met. This screening includes a number of areas of interest such as allergies, special health or dietary needs, medication regimen, and immunization history.
