Through our partnership with Fox rehabilitation we can offer our residents 23 different programs designed to strengthen and enhance their overall well-being. This program, Fox optimal living, allows our community to be proactive versus reactive in regards to the health of our residents
At Bent Creek our philosophy of Celebrating Life encompasses caring, community, connectivity, and creative growth. Our focus on providing personalized care for each of our residents is evident through engaging with them in activities or groups that bring meaning to their lives.
In addition to our Traditional Senior living Community we offer two memory care programs. Our Seasons Program is exclusive to The Bridges and provides a structured day that revolves around activities designed to help stimulate the mind and body as well as provide socialization with other residents. A dedicated team provide this program 7 days a week. This program is for residents who are in the early stages of dementia or Alzheimer's, but don't get require the supervision or extra services of a memory care residence.
Our Garden Program is a secured memory program for individuals that may have moderate to late stages of dementia or Alzheimer's. Supportive care is provided in a homelike atmosphere and personalized approach is the focus with a dedicated engagement program that includes outings, music therapy and massage.
