They are pretty good. It's very clean. The staff is pretty friendly. They have stuff going on for activities, but they told me they take them out at least once a week, they told us they had a bus with a lift, and they don't. They told us when she was there she would be able to eat in any of the dining halls, the one on the independent living side has an open flexible eating schedule but when it came down to it, you have to stay with the assisted living dining room, if that is your section. We liked that it was faith based and that is really what drove the decision to move here.
Read moreWe've had a few issues here or there, but everything has always been straightened out once we brought it to their attention, including an issue with the room and a financial/billing issue. We really like the size of the community. It's a little smaller than some of the places that we looked at, so there aren't long hallways that you can get lost in. I think they provide all the care that we need for our loved one. All of the receptionists, and one in particular, are so nice when we walk in. We feel like they are responsible with Covid issues. They require mask wearing and hand washing, and they do contact tracing. So we're comfortable with that. They offer a lot of activities, although our loved one has not been able to participate in much. But we've been pleased overall.
