Assisted Living
This is my first experience having someone live in assisted living. I feel the accommodations are very nice. The food seems to be really good. The outside areas provide a nice change for residents. They need more staff in areas. I feel it would be better to have males and females live in separate wings.
Read moreWe chose Elmcroft of Pensacola because it is a smaller facility which is where she felt more comfortable. When I did the virtual tour I was hooked on it because of the friendliness of the staff members as well as the residents. Her apartment size has plenty of room for 1 person. They were amazing with helping us and have been very accommodating. I would highly recommend to others who are looking.
Read moreMy loved one likes it. I wish I had made this move 3 or 4 years ago. Within 30 days of moving there she gets her hair done, she is in the dining room smiling and enjoying life. A complete turn around from the place she had been to before. They have quicker follow up and contacted us back within 15 minutes when we were inquiring about services. The only negative is the phone system needs some attendance. Messages get lost after I leave them regarding appointments, etc.
