They're awesome. They're very friendly, helpful, considerate, and communicative. Each time I went in there, every single person would listen, pay attention, and they were very calm and peaceful. I was very comfortable knowing that nobody there was aggravated or had that type of energy. You could tell that they were very hands on. It's a smaller community, so they know each resident very well. They know each person's individual needs and personalities, and how to deal with them individually. They provide us great feedback. Each time I would come over there, my loved one would stand at the reception area and wait for me. And while he waited, he would always stand there and chat with them. That told me that he was comfortable, and he was very social there. He felt comfortable participating in the activities. He was very adamant about the food in his search for a community, and he's been very happy with it at Cedar Crest. And I've been very happy with them overall.

The staff is very caring and wants to make sure the needs of the resident are met. Communication is good between the staff and our family. They keep us well informed and up to date. I would recommend this community to others based on my expiereience.

We chose Grandview of Westover Hills because of the friendly staff members as well as the overall feel of the facility. It was very nice and clean and looked like something we would be happy with and we definitely were. They were good at keeping in touch with the family and I would recommend to others looking.

This review is from last April-May. We chose Inspired Living because of the management here. They were very accommodating during my moms brief hospice stay. They are very compassionate and understanding, he let me come and go as I pleased to see my mom. I have learned a lot that good management is what it is all about, it leads to good everything else and that is what they had. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

I would recommend the community. They are doing a full remodel of the community, currently. The staff and friends of my mom's are so nice. The communication with the staff is good; however, it could be better. I think this might be due to the pandemic.

Cedar Crest has great leadership in [name removed], so the he works with shares his alignment to caring. The facility is being renovated to meet the needs of structure.

We chose Cedar Crest because of the location, value for the money, and the services offered. They offer memory care which is what we needed. The staff members here are very friendly and the facility is very open door. It is a smaller facility so you will know everybody and staff know everyone by first name. Overall, it has been a good experience and I would recommend.

I enjoyed living at GoodLife up until a fall when I had to move. The staff had a true leader with an open door policy. You would see her doing everything from shipping to cleaning carpets. She truly cares about her community and will do whatever it takes to care for your loved one and her resident. Thank you [name remved] for loving us.

In 2019 I lived in the B house. [name removed] was the cook. We would laugh and have tons of fun. I miss them all lots of love everyone. [name removed] and others took good care of us residents. Clean rooms, best manager, I loved [name removed]. Best boss and leader the staff could have.

I still live here at GoodLife. I never wanted to leave my home but I'm glad I'm here now. They take good care of me. Lovely staff, great manager. My favorites are [names removed] and of course the cook [name removed]. She can really cook. Great place to live.

They have a great young lady there her name was [name removed]. We were unable to afford the rent, however, she was so full of information. She was able to give us numbers and contacts to find our mother a nice place we could afford. Thank you [name removed]

My father currently lives at GoodLife, he's told me on more than one occasion how extremely pleased he is with all of the GoodLife staff, he also enjoys the meals. I would like to thank the GoodLife staff for the care of my father and I specifically give my thanks to [names removed] in management.

I would highly recommend this community to others for their loved ones. The staff really takes great care of my loved one. The communication is great and I have no worries on the care of my loved one.

I toured this community back in April. I can't remember the young ladies name. I will always remember her beautiful green eyes. As she toured my husband and I. Joking with residents smiling and laughing. I felt so good by the end of the tour I was ready to trust her with my prize possessions. My father, she told us everything we would need to have and do for the perfect move. The way the residents and staff connect with her just made you trust and believe that she was the glue to this place. We left feeling like we found my Father his home. A week later he was gone. We never moved him in. I will always think about my father when I pass Goodlife. Thank you

My mom just entered Cedar Crest on Monday, so I really have not had a chance to fully evaluate yet. The management staff has been above and beyond! I needed a place quickly to help with mom whom I had picked up from a rehab facility. Unfortunately, she came out in much worse shape than when she was admitted. [name removed] worked night and day to get us admitted and has kept in very close contact. [name removed] conducted the interview with me and was completely thorough, assuring me and explaining issues and answering concerns throughout the process. Mom was very content to "return" to CC, as she had stayed there in respite care last December. At this time, I feel confident that she will be happy and well-cared for in the days to come. The only reason for the 4 stars in cleanliness is that I noticed a few tiny ants around her sink area. This should be resolved quickly. Thank you Cedar Crest for being there for mom, [name removed].

I have been very pleased with the aides that they have hired to care for the residents. That is what sold me. They have a respect and love for senior adults. There is high turn over on the administration side. My parents don't care of the food. I have been frustrated with the Covid-19 system they have in place. Communication has not been great.

I cannot say enough about Goodlife Senior Living and Memory Care. My father has been in several assisted living facilities and this one is superior. The staff is loving and kind. The meals are homemade from fresh ingredients. The rooms and facility smell fresh and clean. The rooms are clean and beds made. They bathe and feed him and he is clean and happy. I love the director [names removed]. They have respite care and short term and long term care. There is a geriatric doctor that comes to the facility should you need one, a beautician and podiatrist. I cannot say enough good things about this place!

I am a caregiver for a resident at the memory care facility at Good Life in Duncanville, Tx. This is privately owned and not a corporation. I am there almost every day and see the care and love the residents receive from the staff. The staff is loving, and careful with each resident and knows each needs. The facility and rooms and residents and always clean and smells of freshness. Their laundry is done and the residents are groomed and clean. I recommend Good Life to anyone looking for loving care for their loved one.

My father is at Goodlife Senior Living and Memory Care after several other places that failed to give him proper care. Goodlife has an extremely loving and caring staff. Their meals are homemade from fresh ingredients with 2 nutritional snacks a day. The rooms and the facility smell fresh, every bed is made and the residents are clean. They shower and help feed my father and communicate with him with a dry erase board since he is deaf. They have a beautician and podiatrist that come in to take care of his personal needs. They also have a doctor who specializes in geriatrics that comes to the facility should you need one. They offer respite care and short term and long term care. I could go on and on but the best thing is that he is so well taken care of and is comfortable and happy. I can't praise them enough.

My wife gets the best care she has had in years. [name removed] is the BEST of the last three directors there. The staff is always helpful and are safe.
