I have never seen anyone treat my loved one so nice and with dignity. He does not want to leave! It is so beautiful and clean. The sheets are white and clean. The social worker is wonderful and very nice. Both of my friends were there for rehab too.

The care there is very good and the PT is very good. The food is good. It is very clean. Everybody there is real nice. They take her to rehab twice a day. She said they are very good with her. The staff and nurses are very good. She really likes the meals too. She always talks about one of the nurse's aides is very, very good.

It seems like the facility is very clean and the people are very courteous. My dad is happy with the food and eats more here than he did at another facility I haven't gotten any communication yet but the social worker has been very helpful to me. Sometimes the nurses are really busy and we hardly see them.

My father is extremely happy, and I am extremely happy that he is happy. It's been a wonderful experience. The nurses and aides have been unbelievable. Even the maintenance guy has been nice and accommodating. Everyone has gone above and beyond. This makes my father feel great, which makes me feel great. They call me whenever there is an issue. Everything has been wonderful. He says the meals aren't the best, but this is coming from a man who has eaten at fine dining from places around the world.

They treat her with respect. It's very clean and everyone is very nice. They help you out whenever you need it. Everyone has been very nice. Overall the whole place is just wonderful, especially the therapy. The food looks good, they give them a nice variety!

I visited her and she said everything is good with no complaints. The staff is very friendly. Every time I have gone there it is very clean. She was there last year as well. The social work department has been good.

I would recommend Sands Point, but then again you don't want the secret out! The aides and nurses were very nice. Everyone was very very nice. I can't stress that enough. It was clean and made me feel like I was leaving my mom somewhere safe.

I’m very impressed with therapy. The therapists are excellent! All of the staff has been exceptional but there have been two staff members that have been especially helpful. It is a very well put together place. It gives a great impression. It is high style - everything you would expect with a name attached to Sands Point. The cleanliness is alright and there are no bad smells! The only issue is my loved one doesn't know when his sessions are. It would be nice to know when they are so we can schedule things around them. Sometimes the nurses are a little slow to respond depending on the degree of the call and importance.

My loved one is very happy here! They are taking care of her really well. The therapy has been very good. The facility is perfectly clean. She has no complaints so far about the meals. The nurses and the doctor keep me updated.
