The nurses are great! The meals are not always on par with my loved one's diet.

They are attentive to our care and needs. The therapist works generously with her. Some people are better communicators than others.

My mother was in two rehabs prior and I found the staff at Sands Point to be attentive and professional. If she needed anything they were there for her. The nurses were doing an excellent job and helped with her brace. It was very clean.

I'd recommend Sands Point!

Mom seems happy there. She seems fine. They are very friendly. It's very clean but she didn't like the food. Communication is very good.

They did great. One of the best! They are very nice. It's very well kept. My wife isn't into the food that much. She is getting used to it. She is very fussy about food, even at home!

I've never seen a rehab like this! When you walk in there, it's so pleasant. They even have a library and bistro. The people get my husband and clean him before 8am. They are amazing! Amazing. The girls handle him so well! They treat my husband like a human being not a piece a meat. Even the food. The nurse at the desk is absolute wonderful. It's spotless and clean. If anyone is complains it's "boohoo" on them!

It is such a pleasant experience visiting my father there. Even seeing his roommate. I was just telling a new patient there, I have had many family members here and this is our fourth or fifth visit. It is a great place. They even allow you to bring small dogs to visit if you give them proper shot records. So nice! They always smile and say hello. They are really, really nice. My father said one of her nurses was so nice, she was kind, joking, and pleasant. During the week the meals seem to be tastier. They are better planned than on the weekends.

It's good!

They are very courteous and organized. It's clean and they are doing a good job with my mom. They are very nice and friendly. They have been helpful. Everyone has been very accommodating. They give us an info we may need. Mom is one of Italian cooks with fresh from the garden type of stuff. It's better for her here, but she is used to more garlicky, spicy, Italian type stuff, but that's not healthy stuff.

Everything is clean and as far as when you get your meals and medication--everything is on a good schedule. If you need any help or need something additional, they are willing to accommodate you. When I first got her, they asked me what I expected. I told them and we are right on schedule. They are very friendly. They will even take a few minutes to talk with you. That's what's good about it too. I took a tour of the place before I got here, and this one impressed me. It's a little smaller than others. It's very clean. They are in here like clockwork. When I come back from therapy, everything is clean. And that's what you look for. I have been eating well! I am not use to having 3 meals a day!

The nurses are excellent with a top rating! I feel the PT is very good and my mother was well treated. It was more than adequate with being helpful and nice. My mom really likes her PT person and she has been great. The meals are not so great. According to my mom the food has improved somewhat. She is very content there.

She has been there a couple times before and she is happy there. There is no odor here. Everything is okay for her. They have been very good. I talk to number of people.

The staff are very nice sweet and friendly and helpful. Most nurses are terrific and helpful but overworked. It's very clean. The meals aren't appetizing or tasty.

It's a very good rehab but the meals are not too good.

We have no complaints. Some of the aides pay attention to detail. The place is very clean. The nursing care is great.He gets his meds and he is clean. It is a struggle to get his laundry done. They do the long term patients laundry typically and then they do the laundry once a week for the rehab therapy patients. One of the nursing assistants pays good attention to detail. It is immaculate and the food is good. The daily progress is not like they will call me to keep me updated. When I call the social worker and nurse manager communicate well.
