The workout my loved one is getting is wonderful. The physical therapists are very good! I've been in contact with the social worker and nurses there.

It is very comfortable and my loved one likes the view in his room. He likes physical therapy. The physical therapist person is great and I met her a few times. He is picky and complains about meals a lot. I do not get much communication with them and I have to call them for updates. They are responsive to what I need.

Everybody is very friendly. Nobody has a bad attitude. Everyone has been helpful. It just seems like a nice atmosphere. My loved one said sometimes the staff doesn't come as quick as she would like them to. I would say it's pretty clean. The food is not great at all. She orders some stuff and she doesn't get what she orders.

I'm very happy with Belair. I just found the staff very attentive. There were no attitudes, even when they are short-staffed. They always have a smile on their face. The food could be a little better. I find the food dry. I had one interaction with the therapist, and it was very good. So far they have been attending to my loved one's needs. They were very, very friendly. It's very bright and very cheery and I'm always getting calls.

I think they are taking care of her, my loved one seems to be getting what she needs. It seems clean.

My loved one says it is wonderful. She says the therapy people are wonderful.

The Best of the Best! My family has had the most wonderful experience with Belair Care Center! From the moment we met [name removed] at St. Joseph's Hospital he helped guide us through my fathers care, he was and is an amazing professional! The team at Belair was incredible to say the least. Some of those employees are [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], just to name a few. As there are so many more to be recognized. Thank you all so very much for helping to make the last few weeks of my fathers life as pleasurable and painless as possible. I thought the services and knowledge of the personnel were excellent. I don't know all of their names but the ones I came in contact with they were exceptional. My mother's room was clean, her bed and linen were clean also. My mom is really happy with the meals. She had fish yesterday and she said it was delicious, and my mom usually doesn't like fish. They are very informative.

Overall, it was a very good experience for my loved one. The overall care is good. The nursing staff was very pleasant from the beginning and were on top of everything. He is very happy and is doing therapy once or twice a day depending on the situation. From what I understand he really enjoys the food.

It is by far the best facility my loved one has been to. I would go back there. The therapy is very good and she is progressing physically. They come and speak to me and let me know how she is progressing. The staff are all very good. I have found that everyone is very attentive and they make sure she has what she needs. The nurses have been good and attentive. It is very clean and there is no odor in the facility. She is on a diet restriction but she loves the meals. I have been there and I call there too but they let me know what is going on.

My loved one seems to be happy. The staff is very nice and the nurses are very attentive. It is very clean. The floors, the room, and the bathrooms are all clean. I had multiple calls from different departments, from the dietitian to the social worker. Sometimes she likes the meals and sometimes she doesn't.

Everyone was so friendly and there were a few staff members that really stood out to us. The therapy has been great and was absolutely a five out of five! The meal I saw today looked very nice!

From what my sister tells me, it is going well. She is pleased with the nice, bright sunny room. I am optimistic. I spoke with one of the therapists and they told me my sister is progressing. She is making every effort to follow their instructions and they told her that they will provide a program she can follow at home. Her therapist was as informative as he could be and the staff is very pleasant. The nursing care is more than adequate. My sister tells me they are very accommodating and very helpful. Anytime I speak to them, they are more than pleasant. It's very nice and clean. My sister seems satisfied with the meals.

I think they are doing a wonderful job. The staff care is excellent and a lot of the aides are very good and wonderful. The cleanliness is very good. I have gotten all the information I need.

The rehab is very good for my loved one. They are doing what we want and he is not complaining. The nurses are very accommodating. The facility is one of the nicest and it is clean. His meals are okay.

I have nothing to complain about. My loved one is eating and having her therapy. It's very clean.

It's going well!

The physical therapy sessions seem to very effective for my loved one. The staff care and nursing care is good. The place is very clean. He has his meals delivered to his room and he likes the food. Communication is the only area that is lacking. When I ask questions, sometimes the nurses act a little annoyed that I am asking.

The care has been great here for my loved one. It's the best! I've heard no complaints about her nursing care!
