Everybody has been very nice and accommodating. It's clean and very quiet. I have had no issues whatsoever.

I would recommend them to a friend. I have not heard any complaints so far throughout my loved one's experience at Belair Care Center. She is very happy with physical therapy. The only thing she has mentioned is that at times in the evening when everyone has to go to the bathroom at the same time there can be a longer wait than at the other times of the day. Other than that it is really going well.

They are really nice and really helpful. They were feeding my loved one a lot and they needed to feed him more healthy food. Their physical therapy worked wonders for him. I need more feedback from the doctor since his diabetic.

They are on task. They have been cooperative with giving my loved one's medications. He is not demanding and there are things that are important. We are very satisfied.

It's a very nice place. They take very good care of you. The food and entertainment are nice. They had a birthday party this afternoon which I attended. I see all the patients and they look very happy there. It's a nice place. I would definitely recommend it!

From what my loved one tells me they are taking good care of her and they are attentive. The physical therapy is good. The therapy is working.

They are just wonderful, and amazing. They change my loved one's clothes every day. She loves their food. They are always smiling. It is clean. If you need them they are there for you right away. They make you feel important. I shout it out from the rooftop how wonderful they are. They make it like a vacation.

It is very good and I like the place. It was my first choice.

The experience at Belair Care Center so far has been good. Most of the staff have been very friendly. The only thing I could mention in terms of room for improvement would be more aides for in turn a faster response time. I have noticed that the aides get particularly more bogged down during meal times. The nursing staff is busy.

The overall experience has been very, very good. I like it very much at Belair Care Center.

My loved one's care was wonderful. The staff was great and the facility was clean. I did not see his therapy sessions but he did improve before going home. The staff are all fabulous. It was typical hospital food. They were all wonderful with communication.

They seem to take good care of my loved one, when she calls for them they come. She seems to like most of the food. They have a menu that she can pick what she wants to eat. They've been accommodating for her special requests. They've been really good with helping out with getting her to and from her appointments.

My loved one is planning on being here for a couple of months and we could not be happier with Belair! I am a big fan of the staff and let me tell you my husband can be a difficult patient. They really go above the call of duty. I could tell right away from the staff that they were going to be awesome. The meals are great. I taste them myself and think they are delicious. I would absolutely recommend the facility.

My loved one is happy, likes the food, and people! She raves about the therapy. It's immaculate! There were some the selections she didn't care for, and some seemed a little sketchy, but we'll see how it works out. We've had a couple of decent meals! It's okay, but there hasn't been any real communication, but it's only been a couple of days.

The nursing, attentiveness, recreation, and atmosphere are amazing. It doesn't give you a hospital feel. It gives you a homey feeling! My loved one receives OT and PT every day, and they give her goals that she can reach. They're patient and understanding and know exactly what my mom can and can't do. The person at the front desk is very welcoming, and always have a smile on her face. This is very important to me, and it's very clean! She gets a meal three times a day. The director is going to discuss all of the goals that they're trying to reach. The OT and PT people are very professional, and answer any questions I have.

My loved one seems very happy there. He's getting the care he needs. He's very impressed with the staff. They seem very friendly. He likes the meals and he's eating everything they're serving him.

It can be hard to find people at times. This is random it doesn't seem to happen during a particular shift. Some things my loved one is served he likes other he doesn't but that's just food.

The physical therapy was very good! The therapists were good with my loved one. There was a shortage of nurses at some point from what the families said but I did not see a shortage. It took awhile for help on the weekend. They were very friendly in physical therapy. I thought they did a good job and overall it was very clean. The meals were not that great and my wife was not eager to eat because of her condition. The meals looked good.

I notice that the place is very well kept and clean and orderly. The staff is very attentive and always have someone available to answer questions. He says the therapy is very intense and they go over a lot of things with him. They really push him. He says they're excellent. They greet you when you come in and welcome you. The staff in the hallway are always very friendly. There’s no paper on the floor. The carpets are well vacuumed. There are always fresh liners in the trash cans. He hasn't complained about the meals and has been eating everything. He asks a lot of questions and he's not complaining at all about that. He's having a meeting tomorrow about his discharge. He'll be doing out-patient therapy after leaving.
