My reason for #1 was having to call multiple times to get a question answered prior to mom moving in, but since then much better communication and based on the overall experience so far, I would recommend the Atria Greenridge community to other families

So far Atria has met our loved ones needs and ours too. Be sure to do your research, if your looking for a place for your loved one.

All in all, we're very pleased with Lifestyle Transitions at Wesley Heights. It's an incredible place. I have nothing but good things to say about the entire staff and the entire process. They made it very comfortable and easy. I understand how difficult my family member's condition can be, and I think they're doing a great job with her.

I've been here for over seven years and my feelings have been truly nice. All the department heads are very kind and helpful. I truly recommend this place to anyone who needs assisted living. The staff here is very good to all our needs. We actually are like one big family.

Middlewoods is a very nice and beautiful facility. After assessing my mom they would not take here and they were not very friendly about it, they acted like they knew my mom better than me.

We thought Lifestyle Transitions was very nice. It was one of our top two choices after touring at several places. We left the choice up to our mother, and she chose the other place, I suspect because it was less expensive than Lifestyle Transitions.

Our family was able to do an in person tour and our experience was great. The people who took us on the tour were super informative and friendly, they were just wonderful. However the rooms our loved one would be staying in just seemed very dark, and had minimal windows.

Our family had an in person experience, and the feedback we got from them is that it went really well. On a value for cost stand point they like this community more, and like the apartments here more.

This facility was more reasonable and though it was as fancy, the dining hall and activities were very nice. [name removed] did a good job presenting us with info, and was not at all pushy. This location is very good for my Mom, near West side market and her church. The rooms were simpler and less amenities but the prices were much more affordable. We just wish at all 3 places mom could opt out of paying for all 3 meals which are included. She doesn’t eat that much and one meal a day would be plenty.

They wanted my loved one to get a personal aide for assistance. The community wasn'teasy to work with They were inconsistent with their COVID protocols. As long as it fit what they needed it it was done.

Atria is a lovely facility; it just did not meet our specific needs for Mom's situation at this time particularly with anticipated future care needs.

This community looked clean when my loved ones visited. They said the person that took them on tour was nice. This seemed like a very active community. This community seemed to be geared more towards independent living.

We toured this community. The staff was outstanding. They offered activities and. We were offered nice samples. They had activities and the residents seem to be well taken care of. The community was clean and we would recommend that other families tour this nice community for the care of a loved one.

The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Being a smaller community it's easy to get to know other residents. Transportation is provided for medical appointments, errands and all kinds of outings. See for yourself or a loved one - come and take a tour.

I was there for about five weeks for rehab. The physical and occupational therapy was very good. The PT and OT professionals were patient and encouraging. They had good ideas about using a variety of PT/OT activities. The aides tried to help, but they had a heavy workload which resulted in having to wait for things like being taken to the bathroom. The case manager was very responsive when my family reached out to her for information and planning help.

My father really likes the staff at the Atria and his apartment is very nice. They handle his medication management which is a huge help since he is on a lot of maintenance meds. His biggest complaint is about the food. Pasta dishes are okay or stew types of items, but any type of meat (chicken breast, steak, etc) is very tough and has no flavor (according to him). My biggest issue is the 5 - 10% increase in his basic rent every single year that he has been there. When you are budgeting for assisted living, no one tells you to budget for those types of increases which do not seem warranted in this economy. Based on the constant price increases, I'm not sure how much longer he can stay at the Atria. It's a shame there are no state regulations on companies like this which are privately owned FOR PROFIT institutions.

They are friendly and very clean. The staff is very willing and very nice. My mother helps in the dining room cause she likes to work and the staff is accomadating. I like it because it was one floor which accomadates my mothers needs. And I loved that it is ran by a Christian community non profit. A cute little place with a feeling like home. Very large sitting area and visiting area. The kitchen is nice and offer cooking classes. Nice area to walk and get exercise the community is small yet feels like home.

I just had heard good things about it so I went to go see it. Honestly if you put all the five places I saw side by side I think they were all equally nice and had the same kind of affordability. Masonicare was very nice but the personality of the staff at another place made the difference for my parents.

I looked at this place for my aunt and actually, my uncle had stayed there before too. That was nice. It was very convenient for him. He had a problem walking so they had moved his room to make it closer to the dining hall. That helped him out a lot and that's what you're looking for, really, is are they going to be there to help your loved one out? And they were. My uncle enjoyed his stay there.
