They're very easy to deal with, and they're very friendly during the initial signing up process. Everyone there - from the greeter, to the café, to sales, are all very friendly and professional.

My loved one has been at MOF for 2.5 yrs. The facility made it through the pandemic relatively Covid-free, with a few exceptions by outside providers who were quickly removed from the premises. The residents were always safe. The leadership staff implemented measures that were/are strictly followed thus keeping the community safe. Communication from [name removed], Exec Dir is open, honest and sincere. Great coordination by leadership to vax/boost x2 all residents/staff. Residents/families are encouraged to express concerns that are addressed quickly and resolved to the residents’ satisfaction. Requests for food or maintenance issues are quickly resolved with a smile. Enrichment programs are in abundance; there are plenty opportunities for residents who chose to stay engaged. MOF is “home” to the residents - the caring, compassionate, highly skilled and competent leadership and staff strive to delight every resident with every encounter, and they succeed. I highly recommend MOF and I have.

It's very easy to talk to any of the staff. It was very easy moving my loved one in. Anything that we needed, they were right there. The transition for her seemed pretty seamless as far as getting her acclimated to everything. She loves the food. They have a menu that she gets to pick from, so she's not limited to just one thing at each meal. She also loves the activities. They bring in a lot of entertainment (piano players and singers), have a lot of arts and crafts projects, and Bingo. And they take them out for mystery rides and out to lunch.

My mom is happier than I have seen her in years here. The facility itself is very clean, it is a nice quiet community, and it has a great light and airy atmosphere. I have seen many other places and this was definitely the best that we saw, it is beautiful. I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

My husband passed away suddenly in August quite unexpectedly. His 93 year old mother had been living with us for 3 years. A dear family friend suggested The Atria. It has been a wonderful for my mother-in-law. She has met many new friends. She reconnected with a dear friend from grade school in Italy. She settled in quickly and enjoys the facility. The staff are all exceptional. As you walk in you feel like you are home. The staff at the reception desk are all kind and compassionate people. My family is so relieved to know she is so well cared for. I highly recommend The Atria!

From the moment I had to start researching a place to move my 78 year old mother, who has been diagnosed with Alzheimers, the people at Atria Greenridge were absolutely wonderful. Kind, caring, knowledgeable and reassuring. Mom has been there just about a year now, and we are both very happy!

My mom has lived at Atria for over 2 years now. She has made so many friends and it really feels like home. The Staff are wonderful and caring, the food is generally very good and there are a variety of activities and outings. Live music is a favorite and hopefully can resume once the community opens back up. The last several months have been difficult because of the pandemic but I feel Atria has handled it well and kept families informed. We toured two other facilities in the area but this is the one that felt right. It is definitely pricey but I know my Mom is well cared for and any questions or concerns I have had are always addressed in a timely manner.

My 89 year old mother has lived at Middlewoods of Farmington for 6 months and we are very thankful. The staff is caring and friendly. Fellow residents are wonderful. Moving there has been the BEST thing for my mom. She was living alone and benefits greatly from a safe, caring environment with socialization. Covid has been challenging everywhere, but Middlewoods has handled it exceptionally well. By the way, my mom really likes the food too. I spent a long time researching places for my mom. We could not be happier with the choice. Middlewoods is a warm, caring community. A home run for my mom and our family!

Atria Greenridge Place is a beautiful facility. [name removed] gave me a virtual tour and was very helpful with all my questions. I'm not familiar with this geographical area and it might be a little bit farther away from my comfort level. I believe the rent is affordable for my mom and I look forward to sharing all this information with other family members.

Middlewoods of Newington has been a God send to our family. We chose this facility because the staff was AMAZING during our tour, everyone was very friendly, helpful, and understanding of our needs as a family and for my mother-in-law. The knew this was a difficult decision and were very empathetic. It is also all one level, and it is set up in a circle. There is an atrium in the middle and all along the edges there are the residents rooms. This layout was very appealing for us. Everything about this facility is just truly wonderful and I cannot say enough good things about them. They make everything so easy for residents as well as the family members.

My mom moved to the Atria at Greenridge Place in February 2020, from another assistant living facility. Mom is so happy at the Atria and I have found it to be a million times better than the place she moved from. At the Atria, the staff is wonderful, and it is clear that they truly care about the residents. The aides, the receptionist, the activities director, the dining room staff, the nurses...all are terrific, and I rest much easier knowing that mom is being well taken care of. I've learned that assisted living facilities are only as good as the management and the management at the Atria is excellent! The director has done a great job at managing the COVID-19 pandemic and works hard to keep the residents safe, and families informed. I would highly recommend the Atria at Greenridge Place!

This past summer it became apparent that I was going to have to move my mom, who has Alzheimer's, into an assisted living facility. This was a very difficult decision. It also required a great many cycles to be accomplished. From the minute I contacted Atria Greenridge they made the whole process easier, and gave me some much needed peace of mind. My mom is now living there, and I couldn't be happier with the care and service she receives. Everyone is caring, professional and really on top of things. I love it, and I know she is safe, secure, VERY well fed! They still take care of me too when I need reassurance on navigating this horrid disease.

Recently moved in a relative. Have found everyone from the sales agent to the receptionist, food service, nursing, maintenance, up to the administrator to be polite, accommodating and professional. Facility is clean, well maintained and secure. During this difficult time (Covid 19) the facility is exercising proper protocols to insure residents and staff safety. Overall a very positive experience.

Really pleased with Atria Greenridge place. They are extremely accommodating and concerned for the community members. This is such a difficult time (Covid) and they are doing a wonderful job keeping members and staff safe. They are also working hard to provide activities during this pandemic.

My experience with Atria has been great. My father is now a resident there and it is very happy. All the staff is super friendly and very willing to help with the needs of its residents and their families. I would highly recommend Atria.

My dad loves Middlewoods of Farmington, his assisted living home for nearly three years. He describes it as "easy living" rather than assisted living. The staff is friendly, and they provide lovely care for my dad and other residents. The cost is reasonable. He stays very busy with the many activities available, which includes exercise classes, Wii bowling, painting classes, and bell ringing choir. He also enjoys playing cards with his friends, and there are frequent happy hours and other social events.

Very warm and personal. Spoke to some of the residents who all expressed how happy they are.

Lovely community. Excellent Exec Director. You can tell that the residents and their families are his first priority. Met several of the main staff and had a nice dinner of stuffed lobster tail - it was Resident Appreciation Day!

I had a wonderful, informative visit with [name removed]. I really feel this would be a great fit for our brother. Everyone was welcoming and inviting. The facility was clean and had a family environment.
