This is an outstanding community. We are pleased with the care from this community and like knowing that the community is clean and well maintained. They offer a good variety of meals that are enjoyed. We would recommend this care and value of this community to other families for care for a loved one.

Beautiful facility. I would love to live there myself! If mom decides to come to Maryland, this will be the place we choose.

My mom still has her falls but the staff are there to help her. The staff are phenomenal and terrific in every way. They are pretty caring and understanding of dementia. I saw my mom holding hands with one of the ladies. The community is clean and they provide activities like cooking and crafts. For Halloween the residents dressed up and my mom did not take off her costume and everything till it was time for bed. She is in a much better community than her prior place and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Stimulating activities for the mind and body, good food, friendships, medical care, security, all while residing in a many-windowed, sound proof modern apartment high above beautiful Logan Square in Center City Philadelphia, with no less than seven museums in walking distance!

I have been a patient at Lutheran Crossings twice. First time was in 2011 in 2012. I had spinal surgery was unable to walk. With the care of the nurses and aids and the rehab from Hope Rehab Department. I was able to go from a wheelchair to Walker to a cane. The second time when I was there was this year 2016. I had broken my ankle. While I was in there they had taken very good care of me from the nurses nurses aides and the rehab Department they all take very good care of you as if they were their own. I chose the Lutheran Crossings because I knew a friend that had been in there and from going in and seeing her and watching them take care of her I knew that's where I wanted to be when I needed to go. The kindness enthusiasm and their strength especially when I was down keep me uplifted so that I could get better. No matter what I needed they were there. Even in the middle of the night when I need someone to talk to they were there. They treat their patients like they're their own family. If I ever had to go to spend my life this is where I would want to go. Because I know Not only would I be well taken care of there is so much to do there I would never be alone. And if you need anything the main offices social workers and the chaplain are always there to talk to and help you with whatever you need I feel like I can't say enough about them. They are truly wonderful people

This seems to be a pretty nice place so far. They seemed reasonable when we were looking into options, and so far seems to be working out well. We are pretty happy with them so far.

I needed to place my mom in this community for a 3 week respite care and everything went well. My mom said she enjoyed all the activities and was busy the whole time. The staff were welcoming and made my mom feel comfortable. Mom also enjoyed her meals and did not complain. The community is definitely clean but could use some sprucing up with fresh paint and new curtain drapes. I would recommend this community for a respite stay.

My mom is living at this wonderful and amazing community. I like how they ask for my opinion before acting upon a decision. The staff go over and beyond for the residents like providing them with adult activities like jewelry making, casino nights and dining out. The food smells and looks fantastic! The community is always immaculately clean! I am amazed with the results from physical therapy and overall my mom is happy so I am happy and I would highly recommend this community!

After a very rough 2 months trying to find the right place for mom, we moved her into Allendale. This was definitely the right fit for mom. She is living in Carlton Court, which is their memory care unit. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about working with patients with dementia. They are very patient and treat all residents with care and the utmost respect. Allendale offers 24 hour skilled nursing care in their memory care unit, which is not always the case at other facilities. Having people available to assist mom with that level of education and experience has made a world of difference. The activities in Carlton Court, while from the outside do not need that robust, they are appropriate for the residents. I would highly recommend Allendale to anyone looking for a place for their parent.

Top-flight, very professional and extremely friendly managers and caregivers. Great food, premises and location! Prompt and courteous service at all times. I give my new home an A++ in absolutely everything!

The Watermark at Logan Square has everything you could ever want in a retirement community. There are several dining options, an entire catalog of programs and activities, you are minutes away from various museums and exhibits. They have a bus that loops through the city all day long. Having seen most communities in the greater Philadelphia area there is no doubt this is by far the nicest community I have seen.

I would give The Watermark at Logan Square top marks across the board, our experience has been a very positive one. The place is clean and nice looking, and the staff are friendly and caring. They've got a lot to provide for the residents, and do a great job looking out for everyone!

Things have turned out very well at The Terraces at Seacrest Village! My loved one can be a very picky person and so far she's absolutely loving it here! The facility is nice looking and extremely clean, and the staff is polite and helpful! She loves the food, and they've got a good variety of activities (not just bingo and cards!) that she enjoys. I would highly recommend this place to families looking into care in the area!

Allendale Community for Senior Living was a great place. Some o f the furniture is old. The air conditioning button is broken. Not that it gets too hot but there needs to be that option. There is just some general wear and tear that needs updating. The staff were just wonderful. The swallowing therapist was just amazing. Overall we were satisfied.

They are very good. The facility itself is very nice and all the people there are friendly. There is a problem with parking in the area, but that has been the only issue. Otherwise everything has been really good.

would recommend strongly if they had more outside activities to keep them busy but over all i do rate the facility a 5 star it is clean in side and out side i would tell others about the community i think the staff is helpful i gave the friendliness a 5 star rating i all so gave the cleanliness a 5

The facility is really clean- no odors. Everyone is willing to help with everything and anything. My mother raves about the food, and actually looks forward to going to meals, something that had been problematic in the past. There are a variety of activities ongoing throughout the day, and the residents have a choice of which to attend or not attend. Having visited a number of facilities prior to deciding on Allendale Mature Living, I found that this was not always the case. Most facilities only offered one activity at a time, the costs were substantially higher, they were not interested in discussing different levels of care, and they were not interested in transitioning if and when Mom's financial status changed, and what would be best for mom

My father has been living in the memory care unit at The Terraces for a year, every day I thank God that he is safe and well loved in his new home. Every employee at The Terraces are true professionals and very compassionate people. The owner is on the premises and is available to offer help and a smile every day. Thank you to all at The Terraces for an outstanding job every single day!

Our community is lovely to have a great organization such as the Terraces operate their home for the aged. Their dedication to serve (owner and workers) is above the norm. Thanks to them the aged in this community are well taken care of.

Very pleasant community with outstanding staff. Amazingly well kept with many activities for the residents.
