They were good at trying to work with us. This is one of the best in Carroll County, Maryland. I would recommend the community to others.

We chose Brighton Gardens of Tuckerman Lane because they had a 2 room suite on the ground floor available. It has made it very nice especially during covid, we can do window visits. The doctor also recommended the facility. We have eaten here and the food is decent, they do have a dining area and you can make reservations to have meals with your loved one. The best part about this facility is the friendliness of the staff members.

We chose this facility because it was the nicest and the cleanest. It looked newer and had quite a few activities. They also had a great variety of food to choose from, there is always a hot and a cold meal. My mom is the smallest room, but they do have 4 choices on room sizes. The best part about the community would be the social aspect of it all, they are as accommodating as they can be with the circumstances. I would recommend.

Clean, Well maintain community, knowledgeable staff, clean room and plenty of activity’s.

My appointment was with [name removed] at 2:00 and I arrived at 1:45. [Name removed] was prompt in meeting with me and taking me on a tour of their memory care unit for my with Alzheimer's. She was very professional and a pleasure to talk to. We sat down and discussed my mom's needs at great length. She answered all my questions about the facility to my satisfaction. I was very impressed by the care, activities provided and overall caring that I saw while I was there. I will be using this facility for my mom.

This place offered a friendly environment that I know my mom would love. It is definitely on our short list. The facility really had a homey feel to it with lots of activities for all residents.

HELPFUL, CARING, COMMUNICATIVE

everyone in this facility was wonderful your staff should be rated excellent . From the nurses, therapist ,cleaning services, social services and dietary they were perfect . My mother was cared for as well as we ourselves would have cared for her or better. It was a pleasure Thank you so much

I had a difficult time placing my mother due to her mental and physical illnesses. (mental illness hospitalizations, Hx of strokes,broken leg, and Alzheimers-to name a few) I was turned down by 4 other (more expensive) care facilities. All of whom had assured me they would be able to take my mom. Other places had taken deposits from me and then changed their mind about accepting my mom. This was devastating. Allendale was upfront and efficient with our admission process. Allendale gave me a time frame and there were no hidden fees, or requirements. I am thrilled with the care she is receiving at Allendale. They keep me informed when it is needed . My mother seems happier there than when she was at home with my family. This was a hard decision to make but I have been very happy with my choice of Allendale for a safe place for my mother. Thank you.

We are leaning toward this option. beautiful location; residents looked happy; fits in our price range.

When our parents needed to move from their home of 60 years, we needed an Assisted Living setting for them. We also wanted a facility that offered rehab, memory care and skilled nursing in case one or both needed more care in the future. With these criteria, Lutheran Crossings seemed to be the logical choice. They offer several apartment sizes, including one of the largest one-bedroom apartments we saw in this area. The dining rooms are closer to the apartments than many other facilities, and there are many common areas for all the residents and visitors to enjoy (inside and out). The buildings and grounds are well-built, well-maintained and secure in a beautiful neighborhood. We have found the staff to be caring and attentive, and the food to be tasty, ample and nutritious. There are also many activities and social opportunities available. After living at LC for almost one year, my parents are very happy with their choice.

The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is clean and very home like. I would highly recommend this facility. Our loved one receives the attention they deserve.

My wife is in an excellent care from the staff who are very knowledgeable. They have doctors that are available. The community. is clean and a good environment for her to be in. The menu seems to be good and she is pleased. This community does offer physical therapy that is helpful. I like knowing that she is getting the care that is needed for her.

The staff is nice and the community is clean. I do not feel like the staff is trained in certain areas. The staff have been helpful and trying their best. The menu is good and they offer healthy meals. We would suggest that other families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

Really like this place that it's a CCR, turns out my parents are not ready to make the move yet. Convenient location for my brother and I to visit.

Everything went good with the tour. I saw nothing wrong and it was very nice. The are a larger community with a lot of residents who are more independent my mom. I liked that they had a nursing services available if the care was needed.

We toured this community and the staff was nice and helpful. We liked this clean community that offered a lot for the residents. The menu looked appealing and the activities would have been nice. We would recommend that families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

Everything is going well since my mother's move into The Terraces. Besides being a little expensive, I believe it was a great choice. The staff has been taking good care of her. The food is good, but I wish they would remind the residents to fill out their menu the day before so they are getting what they want and not just anything served to them. Other than that, it has been an overall good experience.
