We moved our dad into the memory care a month ago and couldn’t be happier. The staff is very caring and attentive and he seems to be doing much better than he was at home. He is joining in with the activities they plan and has made friends. We are very grateful and at ease knowing he is in good hands.

Some of the staff members were great and others were not so much - specifically the aids. We ended up moving our loved one out because of these problems - ultimately our loved one was not a good fit for The Terraces. There were not near enough activities and not enough attentive given to our loved one. There were times we would find him laying in the dark in his bed and wet clothes.

I've visited my grandmother here several times. I didn't have an issue with the place itself, it was incredibly clean and orderly. The staff is very friendly and they are always willing to help out at a moments notice. However, the employees seem to be running themselves ragged; many of them appear to be dead on their feet. Management appears to be of no help; they go so far as to openly berate employees for the smallest of mistakes in front of not only their fellow coworkers, but in front of residents, as well. (I've unfortunately witnessed this happen) My grandmother has spoken to a few of the staff members and what she told me was rather appalling: the employee retention rate is incredibly low, there are staff members in the building who get paid less than a worker at McDonald's would. If the staff isn't even treated with respect, how can I expect them to treat my family member with kindness?

We toured this community and the tour was very good. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. They were very accommodating and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
I would recommend the community to others. The people are all very nice. The staff keeps you well informed when something happens. My loved one is happy here. This is number one to us. The food is enjoyed by loved one. They have activities for the residents to participate in.

We chose this facility because it was the nicest and the cleanest. It looked newer and had quite a few activities. They also had a great variety of food to choose from, there is always a hot and a cold meal. My mom is the smallest room, but they do have 4 choices on room sizes. The best part about the community would be the social aspect of it all, they are as accommodating as they can be with the circumstances. I would recommend.

Lovely facility. Rooms are fine but small. [Name removed] gave us a complete tour and information. No rooms available on the first floor at this time which is what my father-in-law requested. Very close to our home so this will probably be one we revisit.

We set up a tour for my parent to see options. She did not like the community and it seemed like she did not connect well with them. I thought the community was very, very nice. They are bigger with a more laid out facility. My husband thought this could be a place he could see himself at in the future but my mom did not feel the same.

I toured this community for my husband, and his needs. The tour went well, and everyone was very kind. The community looked nice, and clean from what I saw. The staff I came across was very friendly, and my questions were answered. It was a good tour, but I did not think this was the right fit for my husband, and his needs.

Everything is going well since my mother's move into The Terraces. Besides being a little expensive, I believe it was a great choice. The staff has been taking good care of her. The food is good, but I wish they would remind the residents to fill out their menu the day before so they are getting what they want and not just anything served to them. Other than that, it has been an overall good experience.

So far everything is going well for my father. For the most part they are taking good care of my father and his needs. It is a nice looking facility, every time I've come to visit everything is always nice and clean. The management staff is great, they were good to work with. The care staff is good, I know he is in good hands. There many great activities offered. The food is very good. It has been a pleased experience. I would absolutely recommend this community.

Things have turned out very well at The Terraces at Seacrest Village! My loved one can be a very picky person and so far she's absolutely loving it here! The facility is nice looking and extremely clean, and the staff is polite and helpful! She loves the food, and they've got a good variety of activities (not just bingo and cards!) that she enjoys. I would highly recommend this place to families looking into care in the area!
