Comfort Keepers of Laguna Niguel is a very professional and compassionate team of caregivers assisting the medical needs for my mother. thank you for all your assistance.

My mom is very happy with the 24 hour personal care she receives from Comfort Keepers. She is disappointed in the cooking and cleaning, however it is sometimes hard to find someone that is great in all the areas. They transport her to the doctors. The staff at the office are very nice and easy to work with, they answer my questions and concerns.

I would definitely recommend Comfort Keepers. They were very efficient at what they did and were very reliable

Communication needs improvement between the staff with Comfort keepers. There have been some issues and mistakes made due to poor communication. I haven't paid for them yet but I would say the value is pretty good. They are really friendly too.

Comfort Keepers was great! When looking for services it was a very pleasant experience. The admin was very helpful and very responsive. The caregiver was always on time and did what was asked of them. Although my Mom decided against having their services it was good while it lasted.

I really enjoy the company and companionship Comfort Keepers has to offer me.

They are generally speaking doing a good job but we have noticed that they are finding it difficult to holding down their best personal. But overall they are good as we noticed.

We've been using this service to get some occasional help for our loved ones, and so far everything seems to be working out well. They've been on-time and reliable and can handle the care needs that we need them for.

Overall we're pleased with the Comfort Keepers service! The caregivers they've sent have been friendly and professional, and they've always had availability when I need them. They're very accommodating when it comes to scheduling.

They were very flexible and helpful with our situation when dad was seriously ill in the hospital. They gave very helpful suggestions of how they could help, and really went out of their way to assist. The only critique I can think of is it seems like some of the caregivers weren't exactly sure when they were supposed to be here. I would definitely use them again if I needed to, and would highly recommend them.

They do a great job. Sandy has been very responsible and responsive. We are very pleased with overall services. Perhaps some improvements can be made in terms of care services. Overall, we are pleased with everything.

Comfort Keepers is an in-home care service that my parents have been using. It has been great so far. They do some of the cooking, and the care services have been great. They are very responsive to calls and keep in touch very well. Check it out!

It's been an interesting experience for us. It's a little awkward, I really love the caregiver, she has been wonderful. She was trying to help accommodate my moms needs. We were trying to figure out a schedule. They have a minimum of three hours, we needed fewer hours more frequently. we never quite knew who to speak with. I went with Comfort Keepers, because we loved the manager. Some of the caretakers didn't want to work less than 4 or 8 hours, so it didn't really work out. One thing that was a little concerning is the care level went up initially, but when the needs decreased and went back to the original care needs, the price never went back down. They have a medic alert system we had installed, we still have that.

We've had a great experience with Comfort Keepers so far. The CNA they send over has been absolutely stellar, and I'd give her 15 out of 5 if I could! All of the caregivers and office staff we've spoken with have been friendly and helpful, as well. I really like that they express genuine concern for the well being of both the patient, my Mom, and for my Father as well, who is her caregiver. The hourly rates they charge seem about on par with other homecare companies I investigated, although Comfort Keepers does seem to have more extras they charge for and higher holiday rates. I've also felt like their pricing structure and billing protocol has not been entirely clear, and I've caught a few mistakes here and there. The owner of this branch handles all these problems personally, however. He owns up to any mistakes they made, and comes out to the house to make sure they're corrected quickly, we've never had to go in to their office for anything.

So far they've had good caregivers at night for my husband. The two that we have from them we are very satisfied with.

I think it varies per person but I'm not the person getting the care so I can't say for sure. They were very thorough and responsive if we were not happy with a match up. They're quick to resolve any issues if there are any.

My mother in law has one girl that comes from Comfort Keepers, the woman, Leia and she's excellent but there's times when she's unavilable so my mother in law has a friend come in. But it's going fine and everything's walking along I suppose. I can't be a spokesperson for comfort keepers though, all I know is the one girl's fantastic
