We are appreciate, and are so very grateful for the loving care that my Mom receives, from the dedicated staff of Comfort Keepers. The staff have always been understanding and kind in their efforts to provide my 93 year old Mom to live in a home that she loves! I would recommend Comfort Keepers to anyone, for the peace of mind that it brings, when care is needed for a loved one.

Great company! The caregivers are trained to handle every day needs. Staff is very prompt to answer questions and handle matters seriously.

Comfort Keepers staff is very pleasant and flexible. Over the seven months of service we had, my mother was cared for with love and compassion. The caregiver were compassionate and professional. We had so unusual bumps in the road with mom, rehab and Comfort Keepers made it smooth and awesome to care for her. My mother look forward to their arrival and we felt comfortable going to work knowing she was well cared for!

[Removed], the caregiver that goes to my mother's home is amazing. She is always on time and takes very good care of my mother. We are pleased with Comfort keepers. It took a while to get her the right caregiver for her, I think we went through 2 or 3, but they really worked with us to find stability.

We were only able to use this service twice but they are first rate. They were prompt and responsive. We liked the people they sent out and they seemed qualified to care for my mom. They explained and were upfront about everything in the beginning.

When I needed in-home caregivers for my husband, Comfort Keepers, Bremerton, was able to provide compassionate, well-trained people on short notice. As my husband's condition declined rapidly, Comfort Keepers was again able to meet our needs for more hours of care with excellent, helpful caregivers. Upon his death, the caregiver stayed with me she was sure that I would be all right alone. I would highly recommend this organization.

Comfort Keepers has been communicating well with me in reference to the care for my husband. The caregiver that comes in and helps me sometimes goes grocery shopping for me. She makes sure that my husband gets social interaction daily. I really feel like he is safe. I am able to run errands without having to worry about his care needs.

So far so good! We have only been using them for a short time and although I haven't had a lot of contact with the caregiver my sister is very pleased with them. They have washed dishes and gone above and beyond to do a good job. So far we are pleased with the service provided.

Gene was really good. He went way above and beyond and did a lot with my mom and dad. He helped out a lot, was very friendly and engaging, etc. The lady who is in charge of comfort keepers did a great job returning my calls and answering all our questions. They really did a great job.

They were very helpful and friendly. Bonnie went above and beyond for us as we were only in for a weekend and needed to set up care for my mother-in-law beginning that Monday. It was done with out any glitches and has worked out well for us and her. Glad to know there is somewhere within the city for her as we are 400 miles away! We would definitely recommend Bonnie's company and her staff. In addition, we receive phone calls periodically checking in with us about her and her care.

The way they introduced us to the care giver was very good. She was great at asking us questions and letting us ask her questions. The whole process was very friendly and professional. I would say, however, that their bookkeeping is not as professional as it ought to be.

The caregivers are prompt and reliable. They are very patient with my mother, and treat her with respect. They allow her to do as much as she is able to - not just "take over". They take initiative to find tasks to do, like cleaning her refrigerator one evening, because my Mom doesn't always think of things that need to be done. They let me know when she is running low on cleaning or laundry products. They keep reminding her not to walk too far away from her walker. I have peace of mind knowing she is safe and respectfully cared for.

I have a young lady now. We tried several caregivers to find one that was compatible. You have to find the right match for your patient. The caregiver we have now is very personable and friendly with mom. She helps keep her active.

My family and I are extremely pleased with the Comfort Keepers group for their invaluable assistance with making decisions and helping us ease our parents into in-home health care services. They have given us tips and suggestions for handling delicate situations and are providing a wonderful care provider that both my parents are happy with. I would highly recommend Comfort Keepers to all who are faced with aging parents and need help in handling day to day care for them.

I think the service was very helpful. We found a great woman to help my sister in New Jersey who is experiencing rapid neurological deterioration for unknown reasons. The support she is getting from the woman they located at Comfort Keepers is wonderful. She is a strong and optimistic woman who is not only physically supportive but emotionally supportive and very helpful for my sister in many ways. Many thanks.

The caregivers are very good - warm, caring, and respectful of my mom and all family members that visit while they are there. They are also good with her dog, which is also important to her.

We had a number of issues with the management team, some was the lack of community, but a lot of it had to due with scheduling issues. The biggest issues we had was just the amount of different care givers we would get coming and going. It made it hard to get used to them. The 4 care givers [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] were so very helpful. I was be bound-non barring weight and they really helped me with my physical therapy. They also responded to emergency fairly quickly. We would use Comfort Keepers again, we would just be a little more hesitant if there hasn't been improvements with communication or consistency of scheduling.

Our family has found Comfort Keepers to be very responsive to my mother's changing needs. Communication with the office & the caregivers has been easy & professional. They are always on time & adhere to the approved schedule. My mother has been comfortable with every caregiver. They are respectful & caring. Our family is very pleased with her level of care.

I think they care for the quality of life of their clients. Yes like anyone else staff is an issue, due to people just don't want to work. But the office staff works very hard to get the shift covered. My mom loved them, and was very pleased with the care and love the staff showed. I would use them over and over again. They are wonderful and caring
