They are doing a good job.
They are generally speaking doing a good job but we have noticed that they are finding it difficult to holding down their best personal. But overall they are good as we noticed.

Not well managed or trained
I have been using Comfort Keepers for 2 years. I have seen a marked, steady decline in the quality of care I get from them. The people they send over are supposed to be able to do light housekeeping - but they mop floors without sweeping them first, ruin laundry, and "handwash" dishes without cloth or brush. The dishes don't look clean, and still have food stuck to them. I caught the same person stealing from me twice! The only thing they do well is take out the trash. These caregivers think the bathroom is clean if they clean the toilet and mirror. I spend too much time "fixing" their work to consider it help. Unfortunately, this is "help" provided through a third-party...it is better than NO help.

I think they care for the quality of life of their clients. Yes like anyone else staff is an issue, due to people just don't want to work. But the office staff works very hard to get the shift covered. My mom loved them, and was very pleased with the care and love the staff showed. I would use them over and over again. They are wonderful and caring

This looks like what we're needing at this point. I'll now for sure after we speak with them. We still need to be one step ahead & take a tour of another community.
