My mother moved into Hillside Place recently and so far, we've been very pleased with the staff and facility. Everyone has been friendly and helpful to my mother and care about her well-being. The rooms are fairly small but they are extremely clean and maintained well. This is a small facility (~30 rooms) so that lends itself to the staff getting to know the residents and their needs better. I would recommend Hillside Place as a great assisted living facility for your loved one.

Overall our experience with Hearthside Manor has been a good one! It's a nice looking place, and they do a great job keeping everything looking clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and professional, and other than a few minor issues with specific care services we're entirely satisfied with the experience.

My Mom has only been there a month tomorrow, so far so good, there have been a few things that I questioned but was given answers, the staff is very friendly and seems to be very concerned with the residents, they listen and try to fix things as soon as possible, there were some staff shortages and changes when we first moved her there, so things were a little disorganized at first, but seem to have level out now, she is still adjusting to not being in her own home, but seems to be doing well, overall I think it is a good place. They also have provided her with a call button she wears in case of a fall, this is a great idea, as she has fallen many times in the last few months.

I'm thankful to live at Chinook Place. It's a home sweet home. The staff is wonderful! They go out of their way to make you comfortable.. We celebrate holidays, do a lot of crafts, and have outings. My apartment is very nice. They do my laundry and will come and vacuum our place. Our meals are delicious! Everyone does a great job! I am thankful to belong to this family. Rosie is the best!

We celebrate each holiday, do lots of crafts, and have outings. My apartment is very nice, They do my laundry and will vacuum our place. Our meals are delicious! Everyone really does a great job! Forest Grove Beehive is going well overall. The director that we sat down with originally was gone about 4 days after we were there. They hired a new director and he didn't even last 30 days. Now the residents are saying the staff isn't happy. There is a lot of negativity so much that mom didn't even go to dinner yesterday because of all the negativity. As far as we are concerned things have been good so far. There hasn't been a lack of care or anything like that. I am on alert as anyone should be anyways.

The staff members did not monitor my loved one's medications well and so I do not think that they had a good handle on that at all. I would have to give the Hawthorne House a four - star rating overall.

They worked really well with me. My loved one did not want to move in, but she had to. As far as the place, I've got nothing bad to say about them they are easy to work with. It is a nice place. My loved one has show a lot of improvement since she has been there.

They have been very attentive to all our needs and very accommodation. They have lived up to and even exceeded our expectations and fulfilled all their commitments. They really seem to genuinely care for the residents they care for - it is evident that this is not just a job for them. It has been a very good experience with Awbrey place and I would highly recommend them.

Overall I think they do a very good job at Forest Grove Beehive. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, and the facility is clean and well kept. The only complaint I have is that the service in the dining room could use improvement.
