Our family is very impressed with Karr House. After just a few short weeks our mother felt at home, acquired new friends and felt safer and happier than she had for a very long time. HATS OFF to all the staff from top to bottom. They are all loving and kind and go the extra to make all the residents feel accepted and loved. We would be happy to refer others to this home. We as a family love visiting to watch all that's going on. The activities are great!!!

My grandma lived here, she loved the staff and all the friends she made at Karr House. She loved volunteering with all the activities, Karr House definitely lifted her spirits and made her enjoy the last years of her life. Was like a new family for her. I would visit her once a week it was good to see her in such a good mood. Would definitely recommend Karr House.

I've had a wonderful experience at Laurel Place. My mother lived there for many years and recently passed away there on hospice. The staff was so caring and compassionate not only to my mother during this time but to me and my family as well. They took amazing care of her while she lived there. There were wonderful activities and outings and the care there is top notch. I would recommend Laurel Place to anyone who is looking for a place for their loved ones.

She likes it at Colonial House. Some of the nurses are a little cranky. Overall she is very happy. The staff try to be pretty supportive. They help with anything she needs. She loves sea hawk day. They get to dress in sea hawk shirts and have them food. They have messed up on medications some and getting things confused. So there are things like that that need improving. But overall it's been good.

We are extremely happy with Heritage House, it really is a very nice place! The facility is clean and well kept, and the staff are friendly and do a great job looking out for the people who live here. I do feel like they could have a few more people on staff, and I would feel more comfortable if all of their care staff were fully licensed, but so far they've done an incredible job and I highly recommend them!

This place is wonderful! Hawthorne House is a beautiful, clean, well kept facility. The whole place has a very pleasant atmosphere, and there are no unpleasant odors at all. The staff here have been very thoughtful and kind when dealing with my loved one, which I really appreciate! If they have an opening I would highly recommend Hawthorne House to anyone looking into care in the area.

I am very pleased on how management reacts to any need or help you request. The manager, Rachelle Gillespie is a joy to work with, she is truly at the top of her field.
