It felt like the sales said one thing and then we got there and it was different. The people that I know are going to be with my loved one and caring for my loved one is the ones I want to get close to. With the staff shortage right now I think there is a struggle with care. I did not feel like all things were up front. Also it was important for me to meet the director and the person that I would be working with everyday. It was a great tours and a lot of knowledge but everything was flashy and appeared to be more than what was actually offered.

This is community is definitely worth the value for your loved one . This is for sure a place to go. I put my mother there so that should say a lot about the community and their care for your loved one.

My dad was there for less than three weeks before he passed away. But during his stay there, the staff were very professional and yet very compassionate. The property was very well maintained. I was impressed with the food. I thought it was seasoned well. I don't have any complaints whatsoever.

Our family had an in person tour and we really liked this community, it is closer in location and the place itself was very nice. Everyone was very friendly, and they were willing to work with us regarding our finances, but due to our loved ones health this was not going to be a good fit.

This facility had a more institutional feel to it, but the tour was great and I was able to come back and watch some of their activities they provide for memory care.

I really liked The Madeline of Decatur a lot. I felt that it was a high quality facility with good care. It was during the height of covid and their visitation hours were by appointment only and I did not like that.

I am very happy here, the community itself is very nice. I really like the outdoor landscaping, its a very comfortable to be outside. The staff members are very generous about helping out, the meals and dining service is good and there are certainly a lot of activities and a lot of opportunities to get involved. This community is just very inviting and very welcoming, and the rooms are big.

They did a great job. I would highly recommend this community to others for their loved ones. The staff are great caregivers. They understand the family and the responsibilities to the residents. The family is very pleased with our experience.

I would recommend this community to others for their loved ones. The assisted living area I would suggest that your loved one be able to assist in their own care. You need to evaluate this for your situation.

This is a wonderful community. They have been compassionate and caring towards my loved ones. The staff have been responsive with any questions or concerns we have over my loved ones. They also have been supportive towards us and our loved ones.

Closest and I love that they bake and have music daily. Tour is set for today at 1:00pm I was not impressed. [name removed] put me in a awkward position by asking about what other communities I was looking at. when I told her, she immediately put them down.

We chose The Etta because they were a pet friendly facility and allowed her to have a cat, the setting is beautiful surrounded by trees, and the staff that I worked with were just fantastic and very responsive. I took that as a good sign that they would be responsive once she was a resident here. They were very good on the covid 19 protocols but very flexible as well with visitation and give weekly updates and constant calls. I would highly recommend to others looking.

This facility is really great. They take good care of my mom. And I would definitely recommend this facility. They have adapted well to covid and we got to do window visits, the food could be better but they have a good variety.

We felt like we got a good value compared to other communities we looked at. Our loved one really needed to be in a skilled nursing facility and unfortunately at time they were not, she was there for weeks and fell a couple of times. They were understaffed, but they did the absolute best they could. The manager there is awesome we really like her. She is very loving and good caring person. The activities were great, they had an English tea for all the women there, they would dress up with hats and decorate the place for them to have tea. The did have outings, church services and games. The activities director was wonderful. It is an older building but it was recently renovated, and they really did a good job turning it around. Its very clean, and the food is fabulous. Its not institutional everything looks fresh. It has wings that go off to a central area. The rooms have a half bath, and you can decorate it any way you want to. They are very flexible, the staff wants you to feel right at home. They have a cute outside area that you can garden in. We would recommend this community to anyone.

The Madeline had memory games for the residents, as well as outdoor activities and agility exercises. They would throw holiday themed dinners as well. The staff is very engaging and receptive to the residents. My father loves the food, they have a lot of varieties to chose from. The community layout is nice, its set up in a neighborhood type scenery. Each room has there own bathroom. They room sizes are quite nice,

I highly recommend The Madeline of Decatur to take care of your loved one with dementia/Alzheimer’s. The Staff and all employees display patience and love when dealing with the needs of the residents in this clean and home-like environment. Also, the Staff and employees provide support for us caretakers because we need it also.

We are very pleased with our first 3 months at Wyoming Springs. Accommodations are excellent, meals are great, staff are pleasant and helpful.

The facility is beautiful, well staffed and offered an array of activities for their residents.

Took the tour and was very pleased with what I saw. Administration and staff were very friendly and competent.

We toured this community for the care for mom.The community had nice staff who were able to answer my questions on the care. They did not have a pet and were going to be doing some remodeling and I did not feel that it would be a good place for my mom at the time. The menu and the activities seemed to be appealing. We would recommend that other families tour this community for care of a loved one.
