The community is reasonably priced. There is a lot of storage areas for the resident's to use in their rooms. The community keeps the maintenance and painting of the walls up in the community. There is a bathroom, shower, and a room for the resident's apartments. Most of the community is full of women. I really, really like the community. There is turnover in staffing. This place is horrible. We are desperately trying to find a new place for my mom. The staff here is incompetent. My mom’s meds have not been administered correctly for MONTHS! Their staff turnover is ridiculous. The management team is clueless, doesn’t follow through on anything, they make excuses for everything, and are just over all incompetent!! This place should be shut down!

Response from The William
October 28, 2022Hello Jill, We have spoken to our management team and community Executive Director, Christie. They have informed us that the issues have been corrected and have not received additional concerns or questions. If you have additional concerns, please reach out to the Executive Director. Christie Sanchez, at (210) 641-5046 to discuss matters further.
The community is working with the family with our concerns about the care of my loved one. They have been very responsive to the family's concerns and getting these areas fixed. The community allows the family to send snacks over to our loved one. There are activities for the residents to participate in. The internet in the community is not as good as we anticipated, and we are working with the community to try and get this improved for our loved one.

We chose The William because it is a very nice facility, I liked the dining style menu in the dining room, it was fairly within her budget and they worked hard with me to make that work for her. Their options for living was more apartment like rather than just a room. It almost felt like she was in independent living and we really liked that aspect. We would recommend this facility to other looking.

This facility had a more institutional feel to it, but the tour was great and I was able to come back and watch some of their activities they provide for memory care.
I am very happy here, the community itself is very nice. I really like the outdoor landscaping, its a very comfortable to be outside. The staff members are very generous about helping out, the meals and dining service is good and there are certainly a lot of activities and a lot of opportunities to get involved. This community is just very inviting and very welcoming, and the rooms are big.
