Every single person they have sent is very friendly! And if someone calls in , they always call me and find someone else right away. They are good at communicating. Our families experience is that they have great communication. Everyone they have sent is very friendly and they always find someone to come if the scheduled caregiver can't make it.

Home Instead has been part of my mom's care team since she moved into assisted living in March of 2023. All of the caregivers have been excellent and kind. I am coordinating my mother's care from long distance, and I've always found the staff to be helpful, attentive, and communicative. Highly recommend this agency.

Whatever your care needs, you have found the right agency! My experience with the staff at Care Connect has been all positive as they have cared for my special needs Aunt for over 4 years now. They go out of their way to make her feel special when she is reliant and not able to care for herself which is very important. They have become her family which means so much to us all. The company provides flexible hours for its patients at a reasonable cost per hour. The caregivers are always prompt and attentive and willing to assist the patient in whatever capacity within the constraints of company policy.

I think my dad only used them 3 times before he ended up going into an assisted living facility though. Yes, I would recommend their services to other families based on the experience so far.

I was helped in looking for places for my wife with Alzheimer's, but I'm still at this point taking care of her. But, when it gets to be to much for me, I have a much better head start on nice places for her.

What I appreciate most is how the agency tailors care to my mom’s specific dementia needs. Her caregiver knows how to keep her calm and engaged. I’ve seen her smile more in the last month than I had in the past year. The whole team is outstanding.

My caregivers did well at showering the client. The office staff has been helpful by being available whenever I call. Our caregivers were matched to our needs by being cheerful and good with the elderly. I would have appreciated it if a couple of caregivers had been more proactive with the cleaning.
