Universal Senior Care is a service which provides in home care. Our Aid is [name removed], she comes 3 days a week. We like her a lot and my dad really likes her. He is willing to let her help and not fight about getting a shower. Her help allows us to keep my dad in his own home as long as possible. The service is local and the Director [name removed] is a joy to work with. I hope that helps!

They really came through, I had both mother in law and wife in hospital, and mother in being released, I couldn't take care I needed help and this organization really came through. They fed her and care for her while my loving wife was in hospital. They were a godsend. I couldn't have gotten through with out their help, this was right after the hurricane, I was in a real pickle

i know some of admins and staff as a result of working with Hospice of South GA. they are highly qualified, caring, compassionate and capable people. Caregivers are well trained.

Visiting Angels is really good about placing the "right" Angel with each client and keeping that person consistently caring for the client. That comfort level the client needs is often critical to their care.

I would rate Simpatico Healthcare Solutions a 5 in all categories. The aides on staff actually work! They sweep, mop, do laundry, do the dishes, dust, all while preparing meals and interacting with the client. Other agencies the aides did as little as possible around the house.

All would be 5's. Unfortunately we only had 2 visits because [name removed] had some medical complications that made home care no longer an option. She really liked the people and I found them very easy to work with.

Every one my Dad had was very helpful with my stepmother. They only had them a short time. Moved in Assisted living & in [date removed] my father passed away. They all did a great job.

The Home Instead worker that we had was really great and reliable. She was always on time and very friendly! From what I could tell she followed all my instructions for mom. During mom's final days she offered many comforting words.

I had to be out of town for a week. My husband is a dialysis patient and does not drive. He is dependent on a walker. His reach is limited and he also deals with neuropathy in his feet and hands. We were able to secure transportation for him to get him to and from dialysis. However, having someone in our home when he arrived back was needed. The gal who helped us was wonderful, preparing breakfast or an early lunch for him; Refilling the Keurig machine, washing dishes, even cleaning out the fridge. She cleaning crumbs from the floor, wiped down counters. Best of all, she was there to listen to him. He is pretty much homebound and loves to talk to people.

They have worked with me great if something happened that I needed to change schedule for dr appointment or anything else. [name removed]is a wonderful caregiver. I couldn't ask for anyone !better

Overall experience - great!! Very professional! Staff is very friendly! They took great care of my dad at his home! Great value!! With staff coming to our home! The group did a great job!! We brought my dad home to pass. He passed very comfortably and painless with the teams help!!

Senior Care Helpers come to help my mother 4 days a week, for several hours a lt a time. They help her run her errands, keep up her house, and allow her to continue to live independently in her own home. Whenever there are any questions, or scheduling issues that happen, they are quick to respond and accommodate whatever needes adjusting.

I would definitely recommend them! all of the caregivers were wonderful except for one, who was good but not as compassionate as the others.
