My experience has been wonderful with Seniors Helping Seniors. They have so much compassion for what they do. My 94 year old mother really likes her caregiver. They matched her with a wonderful lady that she enjoys being with. She's great with mom from helping her bathe to fixing her dinner. Sometimes they sit and talk, which is a good thing for her. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone.

Previously, we had used a different company. We became very dissatisfied because they were very inconsistent. Caregivers would be replaced at the last minute, or not show up at all. I have been using some home care help for my mother for several weeks now while I’m working. She’s had 3 different care covers (due to her main one being I’ll a few days) and all have been phenomenal. They are kind and caring with my elderly mother and take the time to listen to her and what she wants and needs. They will help her on walks in the neighborhood on nice days, and sit with her as she tells stories of her family on bad weather days. They will take her to therapy and even to fun shop so she gets out. Great staff and management is very communicative.
