Arts, Culture, Entertainment, and Recreation

Located on the Willamette River, Eugene is surrounded by lush forest. Within the city there are several large parks that offer beautiful hiking trails and walking paths. Hendricks Park is an 80 acre park offering trails, trees, and picnic areas. Another popular park is Skinner Butte Park which offers a beautiful view of Eugene and the surrounding forest.
