Garbage rooms full of garbage because the compactors keep getting backed up. Lights out in the garbage room and no windows. I have talked to 3 individuals and all have said different things about getting fixed tomorrow or on no we have to order that part, for the last 2 weeks. Food and some sort of beverage thrown on the stairwell and no cleaning at all. Elevators work sometimes. Walls have holes in them. And don't believe craft room or Movie Theater. You can have a movie if you bring the movies and invite others. You never know when the store is open because it is not run by the apartment but out of the kindness of a church. Their advertising is all lies. Also no handicap access from the only parking available in the back. If you have no disabilities then maybe you would like it. Also don't count on the front door ever working because that always breaks too.
I like where my apartment is and I have an outdoor to see the plant area. This is an ok community. There should be activities and other items going on. The pool was open for a few days, and now they are closing it again. There aren't too many people who are happy here. Everyone I speak to complain about the community. There is a weekly drop off of food for the residents. The head person in charge is not approachable. I am thankful for the person that I've been working with though.
Customer service is severely lacking. I met with [Name removed] in the office and neither my “nice to meet you” nor my “have a good day” were returned. Also, they only have 40 or so parking spots, so you can never find parking. Another issue here, which is outside of Vintage’s control, but a serious deterrent from moving in..there is MAJOR construction happening all along the road in front and to the side of the apartment complex, loud trucks tearing up asphalt, beeping in reverse, and the music that the construction workers are listening to played all night long. I would wait a few years until construction is done and better office staff has been hired before considering moving here. Also, their office was broken into and all of the residents personal information as well as spare keys to every unit might have been taken. My mother walked in on the (since fired) maintenance man searching under her bed! He was supposed to be fixing a kitchen cabinet. Not a safe place to move.
Nothing but aggravation and misinformation. On the first day I moved in on [date removed] this year, the elevator nearest my unit was broken and it's been out of service at least a half a dozen times in the last few months. Now, for a new complex this is a major hazard as this would expect it's many non-ambulatory residents to risk escaping down four floors in an emergency. Also, it seems once a month some sort of "additional fees" notice is taped to our doors. I've never dealt with such errant book keeping. The most recent irritation was a notice that my car was going to be towed from my paid garage slot because an "oil leak" was witnessed by an apparent Lot Nazi or some other minion. These people never clean the parking garage so what they deemed an oil leak was, in fact residual evaporate from the cooling system-compounded with the dusk kitties and debris from the area. I actually have sympathy for the on-sight management as I feel they are very helpless and insipid. When you anticipate at least cordial relations in such a situation and get the opposite, it gives pause and consternation . It's not been a great experience so far, FYI. [name removed]
i would not advise a soul to lease any property by the worst management staff team for senior living is far from what is advertised on websites
This is a great property but do not feel it is the best location for me.
They have been very proactive and very prompt in responding to anything I need, as far as maintenance is concerned. I had a couple situations in the beginning and they were there right away taking care of them. They have always been really friendly. I like the staff.
The staff in this apartment do not care about the residence. They are rude and think they can play rough shot over all the residence

would not recommend this place. staff could not care less about the tennants
This is a smoking facility.
It's a nice place. The staff is very nice and friendly. They are very helpful. There's one lady that was here that told stories that was not true but she doesn't work here anymore. The staff addresses any issues you may have. Overall, It has been a good experience at the Vintage at Everett. I would recommend this place to anyone searching for a nice community in the Everett area. It is also very clean and well kept.
This place practices false advertising. I (56 yrs.) was not told that I had to have a disability, until I was interviewed, showed around, and my application fee and deposit taken. For 2 weeks, I was confident that I had reserved an apartment there. After 2 weeks, during a signing of a second set of paperwork, I was told that I didn't qualify (not disabled). My deposit was returned, but not my application fee. I was treated in a very unprofessional manner, and received terrible customer service. No where on their web site, handouts, nor on Craigslist does it state that one must be disabled. I was led to believe that I was going to live there. I endured distress because I had given notice to my present landlord, and had stopped looking for a place to live. The management acted coldly towards me and the situation that they had placed me in.
I never got to see the complex. The price I was quoted sounded very reasonable, and when I arrived for my appointments, the outside was well cared for, and from what I could see through the locked doors, the lobby area looked nice, but empty. I made two or three inquiries before I got one back. I made an appointment, which the leasing agent didn't follow-up on with information. After going for two different appointments and sitting for 45 minutes waiting for someone to answer their secure building, I'm far from impressed. The leasing agent didn't seem to even care she screwed up or that I was inconvenienced.
My dad is happy with everything so far. I think it's a good value for your dollar in today's market. The activities are good. They got pool tables, theaters, a spa, pool, weight room - there's a lot. He seems real happy and he's a tough one. The staff is nice and they treat him well. I would recommend it to anyone to at least check out. Don't pass it by.
