Was so very impressed by this center. Everyone from the Director, nursing, housekeeping and so on were so friendly and helpful. The place is very well maintained. Decorated beautifully. From my observations it seems like a very well run center. Residents seem happy and pleased with the center and staff. I will most certainly keep it in mind for my family and clients.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
Recently toured. A wonderful and beautiful place for Assisted Living. Residents and staff very friendly. Unfortunately was disappointed with the Memory Care portion due to small public spaces and the tiny outdoor space for them. (Almost seemed like an afterthought) Which was sad because the rooms and rest of the facility was perfect.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
Used Wellspring for respite care for a week to ten days. Upon returning, my father had not bathed, nor had he changed clothes in the entire time. One nurse, as I left, with him commented, "He's not diabetic is he? He's eaten chocolate all week like it was going out of style." Shouldn't she have figured that out long before I came to pick him up? Fortunately, he is not diabetic, but he does suffer from fairly severe dementia and needs to be assisted with bathing, changing clothes, meds, food prep, etc. Wellspring failed at most of those. I would never trust a loved one to their care again.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
