She wasn't eating well at home and now she can not wait to get to meals because the food is great and she likes the restaurant vibe she gets because they have servers. The DON and ED are nurses so they are very helpful with and questions I ever have and make sure it is ran very smooth. They also have nurse who have been there for 7+ years. The facility is very nice and clean. I had toured other places and everyone said bad things about American House West Knoxville, they were the only community who didn't bad mouth anyone else. I liked that about them too. I think new management has it going how it should be and like a oiled machine. This has been a huge adjustment for my family and my grandmother but without the wonderful staff we couldn't have done this.
