I really like this facility and have been happy with it. They've been nothing but great to my mom. Everything is great here. Communication with the family is good. They offer a good variety of activities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is done once a week and they do a good job. They clean and also take out the trash and change her sheets. I would recommend this facility to friends and family.... Read more

Our family had an in person tour and we thought the tour experience with Town Village was absolutely excellent, the lady that was showing us which we have forgotten her name) we thought did an awesome job.

The tour experience with Town Village was great! We really liked the facility a lot. Out of the 3 we looked at, this was our second choice. The room sizes here were just a bit smaller than dad wanted.
We lived at Town Village for about 18 months and it was a horrific experience from day one. It started with appliances in the apartment not working and taking two weeks for repairs. Laundry room dryer on our floor only worked two months out of our entire stay. The kitchen was continuously understaffed which resulted in meals that were served cold, hours late and consistently ran out of food every week. Transportation was a van that was regularly inoperable and staff turnover was so high. We had pipes burst resulting in multiple apartments flooding with no resolution for three weeks and no backup plan. There was mold growing as a result of the flooding as well. Ii cannot in good faith recommend Town Village in any capacity. When they want you to move there, they are your best friend and once you get to here they don’t remember you at all. Please beware

My room cleanliness could be a little better. The food is good but the service is sometimes haphazard. The staff in the dining room is excellent. The staff at the front desk is also over the top helpful. All in all I would be comfortable recommending Town Village.

Our family had an in person tour and the staff were just not very nice, the tour guide seemed very put off that we were even there. It is a very big community and they did not have any support for motorized walkers/wheelchairs. It was just very far to walk to everything
We toured Town Village and we had heard that they were having trouble with their maintenance and cleaning people. I did like the idea that they had assisted living in the same facility, right there. There's a resident at my community who went to Town Village first, then moved here. She wasn't really happy with their food and cleanliness. Those were the main issues I heard of.
I like our apartment; it's a 2 bedroom that's very spacious of about 1000 square feet. It's clean and nice; I have a kitchen and the community offers weekly housekeeping services. I would tell others that the people are friendly and it's a very supportive environment. I would recommend Town Village.

We had a really nice tour experience with Town Village. It seemed like a very good place to have a loved one, it just did not feel like the right fit for my mom.
Everyone was very supportive and the staff were very sweet at this community. Overall it was a nice experience for her. My mother passed away but the community was very nice and helped with everything.

Town Village is an extremely nice facility but it was way too expensive for what I was looking for.
I thought Town Village was very nice. It was just too far away from my family. But it had everything available that we wanted. The room was nice, they had a library, and it was a nice facility overall.
Town Village is a great place, I really liked it. The gal who showed me around was super friendly and understanding. The facility itself is very big and beautiful. They have assisted living and independent living all in the same building. From what I was able to see on my tour I would definitely recommend that others check it out, it seems like a great choice.
I give it a 100% approval. I already have my uncle going here also off of my referral. They have lots of activates , like going on outing and also having lots of in house activates also my loved never really needs to leave.

They were excellent in everyway. My loved one enjoyed the community, and thought they received great care. There is a chef on staff, and there were choices for meals. The food is excellent. Some of the activities include: games, outside entertainment, special event days, an more for the residents to choose from.

We toured Town Village and it definitely seemed like an adequate place. I was a good price but the location was too far from our house.
We wanted to do a virtual tour with this community instead we were sent a video tour. We did not feel like we could get a good feel for the community that way.
If you are looking for a place for mom or dad forget this place.Mom was there for 2yrs and they went thru 5 different chefs.Meals are terrible.Understaffed,Waiter turnover great because they pay peanuts to their employees.Cleaning people were one of very few high polnts.Have security gates that have been broken for 2yrs,leaving facility totally open for anyone at any time to access premise.Very unsecured.Have so many empty apts because their prices are so high.take a drive around complex to check out as gates are never shut.Make sure to catch a look for the rat traps,Especially around the n side by the cooking facilities .This place is a dump.Don’t be fooled by their online pics Fountain has never worked.Shp around. You can definitely find a better place for your loved one.

My mom was only there for a few months before she died. The nurse there is excellent and very competent. She was there during Covid So it was restrictive. The aides were very nice and kind and helpful. The food was okay. It was a good experience for her!
