Welcome to Thrive and a fresh perspective on senior living. Over a decade ago we took a hard look at traditional senior living. We quickly knew we would not want to visit most of these places, let alone live there; so, we created communities where Elders would not only love to live, but Thrive.
What do most people think of when they see gray hair? They see frailty and disability with low speeds, and high needs. What do we see at Thrive? We see wisdom. We see laughter. We see ability. We see growth. We see potential. We see opportunity. These divergent views from tradition have caused a decade of incredible growth. We have built a company and a team of people who align on these beliefs.
Today we have almost 1,000 team members (employees) in our communities who come to work each day in the pursuit of meaningful relationships with our Elders*. Many of our key leaders bring valuable experience to our industry from other fields. Simply put, our leaders believe that if we love our team well, they will, in turn, love our residents well.
At Thrive, we've dedicated our lives to ensure there is...

Honestly, I would rate all categories at a 5 and the food at a 6. We've had the food at [community name removed] and [community name removed] and Thrive's food is top notch! When it comes to the activities they have different things like sing-a-longs, manicure days, Bible study, arts and crafts, all the usual. And a miniature horse that comes inside the building once per month to be petted and brushed by the residents.

I would recommend the community as a good alternative for a loved one. My parents are both there and they are doing well with their level of care. They have outdoor areas that are appropriate for memory care and for assisted living. They offer activites such as; Music, exercise classes, other social interaction activities.

I’be called on Thrive Assisted Living and Memory Care for the last 2 years and I am always impressed how their staff genuinely care about the well being of the residents of this community. The staff all take the time to get to know the residents individually as well as their families. They also have great activity team for both assisted living and memory care who keep the residents busy and entertained.

[name removed] and the Staff are fantastic at Thrive. You walk into the lobby and it is beautiful and the staff is so friendly, too. The movie room looked fantastic & the event room where we ate has a large deck and just so inviting.

My loved one was only there a week. It's a great place with a super bunch of people. We picked this community because, of the cleanliness was a very big factor. I also liked the medical personnel. They all seem to very concerned about the well-being of their elderly. Overall, their staff was very caring. The staff actually had personality, compassion, and want where the elderly were concerned.

I was so impressed when I toured Thrive at Jones Farm. I really loved their outdoor spaces. It's so private and peaceful. We were able see the activities director hosting a painting class and the laughter we heard as we passed by made us smile. I know my grandmother isn't laughing like that at home alone and would Thrive in a community environment. What really stood out to me was we passed the new chef after introduction we continued on our tour. The chef came and found us and sent me and my mom home with a sweet treat. We both couldn't wait to get to the car to sample it. Unfortunately, we decided for my grandmother to live in Birmingham to be closer to family. However, I do recommend Thrive at Jones farm for anyone looking in North Alabama.

The community is personable. This is a smaller and more intimate in size. The staff are very engaging with the residents and family. It is bright, welcoming, vibrant, and airy. I feel my loved one is safe here. Most of the food that is being served is fried, crunchy, and hard to chew for the residents. The plates still have food left on them, because the residents find it hard to eat. There are times that the food is hard to even cut with a knife and fork. It would be nice to see more variety of food that is softer texture and easier for the residents to eat. I have personally witnessed the residents having a hard time eating the food. There are times there is no food available on Friday or Saturdays in the dining room, and the food has to be delivered to the residents in their room and it is a sandwich with fruit. There have been times that I have spoken with management on this, and there tends to be an excuse of why they can't get the food right. The excuses always seem to be placed on staffing. I would suggest you consider the menu, food preparation, and the turnover of the staff in the dining room when considering the community.

I attended a Fraud Seminar at Thrive at Jones Farm in September. All of the food was amazing but their Chicken Salad, (YUMMY) it was just like my grandmother's. (maybe even better). I can't wait to see what they prepare for their 5th Anniversary Celebration. I'm looking forward to it.

It was an older facility. It was very outdated, and needed a lot of repairs, and was expensive.
Both of my parents reside at Thrive at Jones Farm. One parent in assisted and one in memory care. I cant begin to express just how happy I am with the care my parents are receiving. The nursing staff is wonderful. They keep me up to date on my parents health, lab work, and general health. They are quick to have them seen by CRNP or Doctor when needed. They have called for xrays, sonogram, and lab work that was able to be done without leaving the building. They take my parents health and wellness seriously. The personal care assistants are very good at their jobs and go to the second mile. One of my dad's care assistants goes as far as making sure to write down all of the Univ of TN games (what times and channel) so he never misses a game. From the Red Carpet Roll out to celebrating national donuts day there is always fun in the air. I truly believe my parents receive the very best care possible.
My 90 year old Mother is in memory care at Thrive. We re-located her to Thrive this summer from a different facility and the difference in her surroundings, her ability to go outside to a garden but mostly the kind and compassionate care. She received from the Thrive staff, has made her life much better. If you have concerns about your loved one, there is always a prompt response. I visit at least one a week and am thrilled at the patience and genuine caring attitude of the staff. The living spaces are immaculate and very up to date.
The community was great, it had a very warm, welcoming environment and the staff they were friendly and upbeat. the model room was very nice and actually caught me off-guard because it was a lot bigger than I had expected. From first impressions I would love to my family member stay and be looked after here.
What on awesome residence.! My mother would be very happy in a place like this. It was spacious and had all the amenities one could hope for. The staff was incredibly courteous and friendly especially {name removed}
