The staff is very good at what they do. They do not hesitate to call you to let you know anything. The activities are great, they have quite a few woman at this facility and they do their hair and nails. They have activities based on the seasons. The staff really gets to know the person since it is much smaller groups. They also have a backyard neighbor who trains dogs and the residents can go up and pet and play with the dogs. They even have family days where the family can bring their pet up.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
I'm very happy with the community, even though we did have an issue with one of the employees and their politeness but it was taken care of immediately The rooms sizes are good, and the food was good but my mom says they give us too much. they always made a vegetarian meal for me without even having to ask. I would definitely recommend this communityReviewed on A Place For Mom
We chose Villas of Holly Brook because I was very impressed with the facility itself and the flexibility they offered us as far as furnishings and being able to get my mom in here with her pets. The whole experience was just great. My mom has commented repeatedly about how wonderful the staff are. They always treat her with respect and are very friendly. I would absolutely recommend them.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
