As a senior owned company hired by The Village at Brookfield Common to provide entertainment to their residents the organization does not pay their invoices for small companies. The educational presentations have been well received but each time payment is requested through invoices it takes months and finally social media reviews to be paid. It seems to be a practice to not pay for seniors for entertaining their residents.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
I would recommend this community to friends. Due to the care that the residents get, and it feels like a home away from home. This is how they make you feel. You feel warm, and my loved one is very cared for. The activities have included board games out in the hallways and in the dining room. The memory care unit has a dining room of their own. The started indoor and outdoor visits, and the hairdresser just opened back up since COVID. The communication has been really good. The nurses are so caring. My loved one fell and the nurses were very good at keeping me updated with calls twice a day. The owner of the operations anytime there is an update we receive communication from him directly keeping us updated.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
Very clean and friendly. Spacious. Lots of activities. Private rooms adequate.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
